Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan’s location is central for business travelers, close to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and a short drive from various malls like Mushrif and Abu Dhabi Mall. I appreciated the practical amenities, like the free parking lot and the closet lighting feature that automatically turned on when I opened the door, adding a touch of convenience to the room. I was also pleased with the modern look of the room and especially enjoyed the neat and contemporary bathroom, which included both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The main downside, however, was the view, as my room faced the nearby Adagio hotel, which limited privacy and required me to keep the curtains closed. While this isn’t ideal for extended stays, the location works well for short business trips where you just need a comfortable place to rest.

Pleasant. Quiet room. Great staff.

The staff are super friendly. The Housekeeping team is the best!! Jennifer at reception who checked me in is top of her game. Deepak and his Wonderful tea.at breakfast went out of their way above and beyond. Hicham the Duty Manager outstanding! I had the chicken biryani room service? Thank you Chef, was good. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

I spent a weekend with my family at the hotel, I was very disappointed with the room which suppose to be a superior room , it was very outdated old and damaged furniture the walls are dirty, when we checked in to the room we are a family of four, the room's amenity was prepared only for one person so every time i had to call room service to bring what is missing which something i was not comfortable with. on the other side one of the main purpose for the stay is to enjoy the hotel swimming pool which was closed these days for renovation (no body told me when i booked about the renovation, only it was noticed on the website the second day of my checkout, if I was informed I would have thought about changing to other branch) and we had to go out of the hotel and walk three buildings to use the residence swimming pool which i suspect there is something wrong with the water as my children had some skin rashes. I gave three stars only because we enjoyed the breakfast buffet the staff at the restaurant was great and helpful.

Great Experience!!!

Exceptional service from one waitress during Morning breakfast called Hildah. She was welcoming, warm, interactive and made personalized recommendations on menu offers. I highly recommend the Hotel for exceptional services and great ambience.
