Wonderful staff Super nice hotel and very helpful staff, Ms Oshadee was very helpful and helped with all the questions and provided a wonderful experience. The hotel is full of awesome things to do, provides a Welcome drink, great and clean rooms, and very friendly staff

This hotel has all your needs for a business trip. Clean rooms, excellent service and a range of restaurants at thr lonby. For what you pay it's it's a good standard. I'll have to to thank Roshani at the front desk for being very accommodating.

Hotel rooms was neat and clean with a business trip models. Hotel Reception staff was more friendly and receives the guest as per the the guest requirement. Specially the staff Mohamed Saleh and Hiroshi at the reception was supportive and clarifying each and every requirements, added to it they guided for the evening must visit spots to get relaxed in Abu Dhabi.

Aggressive staff in reservation. I did make a booking at this hotel via booking.com and mistakenly selected a wrong date. I have contacted multiple times to them either to change the date or cancel the booking at the very same day of booking. Yet they are refusing to do so. This is first time that a hotel associated with booking.com is so difficult to handle. And it's not very cooperative. Seems all they care is money
