There was a wide array of different cuisines and the hotel waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and friendly. I was staying there 1 month and had this amazing waiter his name is Chamara. He was profoundly friendly and goes out of his way to make the breakfast experience pleasant. My appreciation also goes out to another particular waitress Ms. Khaing as she too was an amazing ambassador so to speak.

The hotel staff were amazing! They were very welcoming and always ready to help in any way they can. The team from the breakfast and dinner buffet really did an outstanding job. Khaing was very quick in clearing the tables and attending to requests. Amazing how she can do everything with grace. Kelum, Suresh and Chamatika did great too! As for the room, we had a little issue with the bed. It was too low and the mattress was very uncomfortable. After our second night, I asked housekeeping if they can do something about it. I wasn’t hopeful though because I know that the only solution was to change the entire bed which would be very troublesome. I just tried since we will be staying for another three nights. Amazingly, they responded so quick. Thanks to Araliyajan for taking immediate action. In less than an hour, we had a new bed frame and mattress! Housekeeping staff - May Myat and Eya were also very quick to set-up the bed. May did an excellent job cleaning our room during our entire stay and replenishing whatever was needed. It was a great stay overall. We will definitely consider staying in this property again.

Все хорошо. Только вообще не поднимают телефон. Оставил я вещи в номере и хотел узнать, там ли они. Но никто не поднял в течении 2х часов пока я звонил. Пришлось ехать обратно без уверенности там они или нет

Excellent service from resto crew (especially May&Chef Novi), friendly&cozy place , excellent food ( I try pizza from this resto&very good taste). Room is cozy & tidy with the flufy pillow&soft bed. Fast respon from receptionist&no need for waiting too long when order the food. Regards, Hsaputra

The absolute WORST hotel I have stayed at in Abu Dhabi, No plugs in the room worked No customer service No one picks up the reception phone No one collects your bags from the room I waited 30 mins and then went back up myself because I www late for my meeting really terrible receptionist Waleed did not help, was not doing anything but not answering the phone. He cannot handle his work and the hotel is very poorly managed. Only one bell boy working on a Friday!!!! You will be waiting 45 minutes or more for your bags or any help.
