I can’t believe it is a 5 stars hotel, they have very serious issues from hygiene, to safety (pool area), to services (including room service, valet parking) and to finish the hotel manager is totally absent, tried to reach out to him/her to share the feedback in vain despite trying 3 times over 5 days… the photos attached were for 5 days with not a single day having a room service made in a suite where a family of 4 was staying! We ended up going to the reception to ask even for toilet paper!!! extremely disappointed from the 5 stars and even more from being an Accord hotel!! Last day when checking out the deputy hotel manager reached out and promised to investigate on all the issues shared but obviously nothing was done and no follow up was made. Absolutely careless management. A real pity as location and potential are high but all the rest is disappointing and even dangerous.

I stayed for 2 nights Very clean great location and lovely staff Specially Nasir Abdul Rahim who went out of his stay! A great option for a budget stay in AD

I stayed here with my family for around 4 weeks when I moved to the city. I would highly recommend it for that purpose but also for a budget orientated city break. The room was extremely spacious and well equipped. It was very comfortable. The facilities are very good, the gym is well equipped, the pool is spacious. We only ate breakfast once and it was good quality. We had some issues with the cleaning of the room, this kept happening too late in the day which was inconvenient as we were cooking etc. But this did eventually get resolved. And the cleaning itself was very good! The staff overall were great too - friendly, helpful, efficient. Lastly the location is fantastic for food - lots of authentic, budget eats in the area. It’s also well located for trips to the beach/malls.

Были недочеты(неработающая кофемашина, проблемы со стиралкой) но персонал очень оперативно реагировали и устраняли все неполадки, очень отзывчиво реагировали на все просьбы и искренне старались угодить и помочь постояльцам своего отеля. На завтраках зал небольшой, но, опять же благодаря персоналу, очень грамотно выстроена работа так, что очередей вообще нет, выбор блюд очень хороший, все работники ходят по залу и очень помогают во всем, даже если надо с собой упакуют. В целом, номера в отеле комфортно обустроены, расположение в городе(кафе, магазины, обменники…все рядом) Особенная благодарность в отеле 2 русскоговорящим девушкам на рецепшен, всегда приветливые, участливые, можно обращаться с любой просьбой, всегда постараются помочь! С удовольствием вернемся еще
