В этом отеле я уже третий раз.Удобно расположен,хороший сервис. Дважды делали апгрейд повышая уровень номера. Номера просторные, очень удобные кровати, есть кухня с необходимым минимом посуды и стиралка. До самого лучшего пляжа Саадият всего 10 минут езды, до Абу Даби молл 10 минут ходьбы, в округе много супермаркетов и ресторанов. Соотношение цена-качество отличное, смело рекомендую.

Был в этом отеле полгода назад. После проживания поделился опытом и рассказал о негативных моментах, которые сопутствовали проживанию. Приехал в ноябре, и каково же был моё удивление, когда я увидел что мои замечания были устранены. Как большинство людей, я думал, что менеджеры иногда читают отзывы, только для того, чтобы читать, но оказалось что они ещё и работают. Молодцы.

It was already my third stay at this hotel. Overall everything is fine, although I almost always have problems with the air conditioning. This time it didn’t work at all, but a technician came, reset the system, and it started working. Apart from that, everything was OK. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds too, although for some people they may be too firm. Very good breakfast. Good prices in the hotel restaurant, so if you don’t feel like going to the city, you can easily eat there. A quiet pool without crowds. Good location. Overall, I recommend it and I’ll be coming back during future stays in Abu.

I made a reservation about two weeks ago, but the staff ignored my messages until I CC'd the general manager. As soon as I stopped including the general manager in my requests, the staff stopped responding again. Additionally, they sent me a letter demanding that I pay cash for my stay, even though I booked through the official website using my card. This situation makes the hotel feel sketchy. I have already informed my credit card company to be prepared in case they attempt to charge my account without authorization.
