I stayed at Raffles for two nights while travelling for work and it was a wonderful experience - the hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and my room was excellent (and very large). The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and the staff everywhere were very attentive and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend it or return.

We had a wonderful stay with Raffles in Dubai (Wafi). The staff went above and beyond to assist with our every need. Sandeep (Concierge) and James (Porter) stood out and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were huge! Incredible view out to the Burj Khalifa. We loved the extra inclusions with the executive lounge access - the high tea especially! We would definitely stay here again if we visited Dubai again. Thanks for having us!

Luxurious Experience at Raffles Dubai

My family and I stayed at Raffles Dubai for four nights in June 2024, and it was undoubtedly the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we entered the grand lobby with its stunning water features, we knew we were in for a treat. The staff were genuinely friendly, sincere, and helpful throughout our stay. Their level of attentiveness, service, and dedication was unparalleled. We stayed in the Signature Twin Room, and as ALL Platinum members, we were upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with top-class amenities and luxurious linen. There were days when we were tempted to stay in the room and not venture out! We also enjoyed afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, where the staff went above and beyond to care for us and even invited us to return for evening canapés. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect, offering something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the Indian station with freshly made dosas and parathas, while the kids couldn't get enough of the freshly made waffles, crêpes, and pancakes. The breakfast also featured freshly made smoothies and juices, making it the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to cabs and major malls and attractions. Being close to the airport was a plus, and the connected Wafi Mall was a pleasant surprise. It wasn't as busy as the major malls and had several good shops. We are planning to visit Dubai again in November and will undoubtedly stay at Raffles Dubai once more. We can't wait! Looking forward to our next stay!

Solo Restaurant We had a wonderful dining experience at Solo Restaurant in Raffles Dubai. The food was exceptional, especially the sorrentino, which was absolutely delicious, the pizza with its perfectly cooked crust, and the tiramisu, the best we've had with its creamy and flavorful taste. The service was outstanding, and we want to give special thanks to Abhay, the manager, for his attentive and professional care. Our servers, Theekshana and Sai, were courteous and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed, and Ardani, the hostess, greeted us warmly and made sure our evening started on the right note. The cozy and romantic ambiance made it a perfect night out for us as a couple. We highly recommend Solo Restaurant for both its delightful cuisine and exceptional service. Thank you, Solo Restaurant team, for an unforgettable dining experience!
