I stayed on the 8th floor for 10 days and absolutely loved the view—it was a highlight of my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged early check-in as well as late check-out, which made everything so much more comfortable. Special thanks to Anna and Jeff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Amazing experience! The service was very good, staff were kind and welcoming and the room was neat, clean and comfortable. All facilities were available and well managed. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would love to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hotel Bur Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome with their professionalism and friendly attitude. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the team was always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout my visit. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to major areas of Dubai, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant despite being in a busy part of the city. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and courteous. Overall, Novotel Bur Dubai offers great value for money, excellent service, and a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to staying here again.

Just checked in after a flight and decided to have my dinner at Hang Out Cafe. Was attended by Kishan, Thandar, Nahid. Very friendly and helpful staff. As I have stayed in this hotel in my earlier trip, I am happy that Kishan still remembered me and my preference. Very attentive. Had roasted fish for dinner. Is well made and nice to eat.
