Anonimowo Znajomi - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Dwa pokoje rezerwowane dla trzech osób, wcześniej korespondencja mailowa z hotelem ile będzie osób, przyjazd późno w nocy, w jednym pokoju jeden ręcznik kąpielowy, w drugim pokoju 2... Codziennie powtarzający się ten sam schemat, jak w drugim pokoju dali dwa ręczniki, czyli jednego brakuje, to w drugim pokoju jeden ręcznik, wielokrotne rozmowy z recepcją na nic się nie zdawały... Nie wiem gdzie leży problem czy na recepcji czy w służbie pięter. Ostatniego dnia po grubej awanturze dopiero wszystko miało być tak jak powinno. No trochę więcej się człowiek spodziewa po 4* hotelu. W restauracji też trochę ludzie bez pojęcia. Podziękowania dla pani menedżer z restauracji, jedyna osoba z którą można było załatwić temat od ręki. Ogólnie pobyt w miarę w porządku, ale obsługa sprawiała wrażenie jakby nie rozumiała co się do nich mówi.

Stay was excellent front desk staff Irfan and ihsan provided nice room with city view roof top pool was nice also food in the restaurant very tasty and good I would like to all staff especially front office department they have done Great job 💓💓💓

I have spent there days with my friends we had too much fun and enjoyed our stayed, Burgandy lounge is wonderful and staff were also frindly especially Chaitoo, Reception staff were also good Mr. Sherif, Mr.Ihsan and Mr Nassif made our stay perfect, We had one room upgrades which was on 11th floor with free coffee machine,,,😊

The Novotel hotel bur dubai is best hotel among dubai hotels they always being flexible with me for early check in and late check out with out extra charges and the services which I had it was best quality, the reception staff Mr. Nassif, Mr. Ihsan and Ms. Pari was so friendly and helpful, housekeeping staff were also provide good service lastly the restaurant Manager Ms Yazen was very professional and corporative

I usually come with work for a stay. Hotel rooms are really clean and comfortable, breakfast food quality is really nice and staff are really helpful and friendly. Ihsan and nassif at the front desk are really nice, would definately come back:) highly recommend :)
