I had a great stay at Mövenpick Hotel Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Special appreciation to Melike from Guest Relations. She is truly wonderful, always smiling, kind, and very helpful. She welcomed me every time with such a warm gesture that made me feel valued and at home. Her positive energy and care for guests made a real difference in my experience. Also, Münevver for keeping my room perfectly clean and organized every day, her attention to detail was amazing.

Great staff. Helpful. Clean. Great location. Room service is quick and good. Room clean and fairly roomy. Can walk to basics.

amazing service from the hotel especially the room service profession, her name is minevver and she made sure our stay was comfortable and perfect and we would come to an amazing clean room every single time. i would definitely recommend saying in this hotel especially for her

A nice hotel but could be better

The rooms were large and had several seating options. Our bed was very firm but there were multiple comfortable pillows. The TV had limited English options which were difficult to locate. Unfortunately, our room was extremely hot during our stay. We opened the window but the room still remained around 80 degrees. The front desk stated air conditioning had been turned off, which made sleeping rather uncomfortable. The bathroom had a large rainfall shower and a variety of amenities. Breakfast was disappointing. There were limited drink options and not many fresh fruit choices. They also didn't have cooked meat, like sausage or bacon. But there were multiple bread/pastry and cold meat and cheese choices. The sauna and steam room were very nice but the heated pool was too cold for us. Plus they allowed unsupervised children to run, splash, and be loud in the pool area, which obviously decreased relaxation.
