We enjoyed our three day stay at Movenpick Boshorous. Comfortable and.spacious rooms, very clean. Courteous and responsive staff. Wide delicious choice at breakfast. Would particularly very like to commend Furken at reception, and Melika at guest relations. Thank you.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Good spread at breakfast. Restaurants are fine. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Special mention Iremsu who helped with our tour bookings. Missed having an iron and ironing board in the rooms. Even though they offer laundry service, a laundromat on the hotel premises would be helpful.

It was a very enriching experience with very comfortable beds and pretty rooms. The staff are very nice with a particular note to the guest relation at the office, ms Iremsu. She will help with anything and she is very kind. I would come back!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was nice and friendly! I especially liked the service of mrs. Iremsu! She was really kind and helpful! I will probably stay here during my next visit so i definately recommend it to everyone! The place is also really nice

Far from luxury or 5-star.

The hotel is clean, but far from luxury. It is misleading to think this is a 5-star hotel by any rating. Perhaps 3-star, at most. We ended up here through Turkish Airlines Stopover Program via our Business Class Tickets. The rooms are small, with IKEA-like furnishings, walls so thin you can hear when someone walks, or talks in the halls or the room next to yours. The bathrooms are clean, but amenities are those of a regular 3-star hotels. We had ironing board in the room, but no iron. They charge for the coffee pods in the room, but tea and instant coffees are free. The elevators are tiny. The brekfast restaurant offers nice selection of buffet food, but again, resembles small, boutique hotel, definitely overpriced food and beverages. The dinner will cost you $50 per person on average. Staff was nice; there are 5-6 men in the tiny lobby as soon as you enter, and at breakfast, 6-7 staff people would just be lurking around while we ate -- it was weird and intimidating. Overall I can't say it is a bad hotel, just plain - if your expectations are this is a luxury hotel, you will be disappointed.

Our rooms are 32 square meters. They are larger than all the hotels in the vicinity. Our rooms have an iron and ironing board. If you had informed us that there was no iron in your room, we would have gladly sent you an iron. I would like to inform you that we have conveyed your evaluation regarding our breakfast room to the relevant units. My colleagues are always present in the breakfast room to ensure the satisfaction of our guests. This is a procedure we apply for the comfort of our guests. In order to provide a personal service, our chefs definitely serve our valued guests in the breakfast room. We will be happy to host you, our valued guests, in our hotel again.
