Nos han robado 4000€ da la habitación el último día !! Ha sido horrible, hemos protestado y hablado con el hotel, pero no han hecho nada , incluso se reían de nosotros!! Es la cuarta vez que nos hospedamos allí, antes nunca hemos tenido problemas, pero ya no volveremos más a este hotel !!

Dear Ms. S., Thanks for choosing Swissotel The Bosphorus for your accommodation. We are very sorry to hear that you left our hotel with unpleasant memories. In fact, your lost money claim was deeply investigated by security and engineering teams. Room entry records and in-room safe login logs were analyzed. All colleagues serving your room were interrogated. Our room search request was approved by you, but could not conduct a detailed search in the room as quite understandably you did not allow us to search your and other guest’s luggage and bags. According to in-room safe logs, safe box was only opened by punching login by you or your accompany. My colleagues also suggested you to apply police and open a case if you were not satisfied with the results of the investigation. This suggestion was declined by you. As you said, these type of incidents don’t happen at our hotel. We sincerely sympathize your situation and would be more than happy to assist you if you want to open a case at police for this matter. We still keep all the investigation records and happy to share with the police if you would like to proceed with this option. Es la quinta vez que nos alojamos en el hotel y tengo q decir que es mi hotel de ciudad favorito. Esta vez nuestra experiencia ha sido insuperable, nuestra habitación la 1401 es un sueño. Que maravilla de vista, amplitud y decoración. El personal es amabilísimo y da gusto cruzarse con ellos siempre con un saludo amable. El lobby es espectacular y con la decoración de navidad estaba precioso. El spa muy bonito y con un gran servicio. Cenamos en el Gastro y nos encantó el ambiente. En definitiva, es el hotel perfecto para disfrutar de la magnífica Estambul. Esperamos volver. Muchísimas gracias

El l hotel, la habitación, vista y atención están muy bien. Un día al regresar encontré a la persona de aseo había abierto mi bolso Luis Vuitton y se encontraba registrándolo con todos sus brazos dentro. Llame a seguridad, llego el jefe de servicio quien viendo la gravedad acudió seguridad y algún jefe. Nunca me dieron una explicación razonable, por el mal rato termine tomando pastillas para los nervios y no quería seguir en Estambul. Me hicieron sentir que mentía que no vi lo que vi. Soy un viajero consumado, vip en aerolíneas y doy la vuelta al mundo cada año. Se lo que vi, se lo que pasaba, y se que el hotel no se dio ni la molestia de mandar un chocolate y una carta de disculpas.

Greetings from Swissotel the Bosphorus Istanbul. I meant to talk to you during your check-out from the hotel, but could not meet you. I took liberty to connect you via email concerning the incident happened two days ago. My colleagues told me that you witnessed one of our room maids had gone through your belongings whilst tidying your room. I could get back to you now as it took some time to do necessary research by our security department. As hotel our primary principle is to provide home feeling to our guests. All of our colleagues’ background checks are being done before start working at our property as we are one of the leading properties in Istanbul. They are fully trained about how to clean the room, serve the guests and handle guest belongings in the bedrooms and public areas. Concerning this incident, our colleague had been interrogated by our Director of Security. We searched service and employee areas. Nothing found that could be related to another individual. As far as I am reported, none of your belongings is missing. At the time being, we don’t have any firm evidence to conclude the incident with a certain decision. I am very sorry you couldn’t leave our hotel with better memories. I hope to meet you personally in your next trip to Istanbul. LA ESTANCIA FUE MUY AGRADABLE. LA HABITACION MUY AMPLIA Y COMODA Y CON UNAS VISTAS EXCELENTES. EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL MUY AGRADABLE Y MUY SERVICIAL. He tenido la suerte de viajar y conocer distintos hoteles por el mundo, NUNCA recibí tantas atenciones y me sentí tan cómodo como en su Hotel, FELICITACIONES para todo el personal que trabaja y se desempeña para que uno se sienta atendido y homenajeado. Destaco la atención y ayuda del Sr Tura Atakan al momento de reserva via web, la atención destacada y especial del Sr. Suat Sen (único personal de recepción que hablaba español), los mimos recibidos por el personal de la piscina, la limpieza y atención del personal de habitaciones, TODO FUE PERFECTO !!!! Felicitaciones. Deseo que esta encuesta pueda llegar a la GERENCIA para que se lo trasmita al personal, porque al personal al que corregirlo cuando algo esta mal pero recíprocamente HAY QUE FELICITARLO CUANDO TODO esta Impecable gracias a su conducta.
