Check in the ridiculous time of 3pm terrible overseas travelers exhausted from their trip & have to sit around for hours ! Why can’t the hotel make up one floor straight away for these visitors ? It’s called hospitality! Front desk staff are not up to the task very poor service indeed ! Very few smiles from the concierge desk first impressions are bad ! The rooms lack cupboard space & only one bedside table & one suitcase rack ! Towels like sandpaper & no indication of hot on the shower control !

Slow service and no one speaks Spanish, she said you are in Australia, but she works in a hotel, I understand English perfectly, when they want me to understand. They should put someone in customer service who wants to serve the customer WELL, since thanks to them they work here.

Was gifted a night here as a birthday present and what a great birthday it was. Everyone I interacted with that worked at the hotel was friendly and went out of their way to make my stay an amazing experience. The room i had was very luxury and an amazing mini bar as well as every possible amenities I could need. The pool is beautiful and I basically spent the majority of my stay at the pool area as it was hot the day that I was there. The food at the restaurants is outstanding, I had the Petite Four dessert in the restaurant and every bite was just delicious!!! I really recommend trying this while you are here. The buffet breakfast the next morning was one of the best buffet breakfast's I have ever seen!!! I ate so much hehe. If you are looking for a night of luxury in Sydney, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel.

No door modesty chain/bar locks. Rude staff try to enter my room while I was dressing. The do not disturb light was on. Had a chair up against it. Room service was inedible. The room smelt of bleach and mould. The bedding, towels was threaded. The windows were dirty. The in room fridge was leaking. The in room kettle was perishing plastic. Just awful. Never stay here. Zero stars. Sydney Swissotel is horrible.
