Executive room decor needs updating

The room decor was dated and needed updating and didn't match image on website, but the bed was comfortable. However, the desk area needs modernising with more built-in USB ports, so that you could charge multiple devices.

We stayed here as part of a pre-cruise land trip to Machu Picchu. Unfortunately due to political unrest, the Machu Picchu trip was cancelled; therefore, we spent an extra 5 nights in Lima at the Swissotel. Everyone here was extremely gracious and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. A special thank you to Concierge Enrique, who helped with tour and dining reservations. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and caring.

PERFECT IN EVERY-WAY!!! Had the most wonderful time. I stayed a total of 4 nights. The location is excellent, very close to most of my family members. Loved the breakfast choices. Has the best restaurants right across the street: Shi-Nua, Anima e Cuore, Osso. Also, Astrid & Gastón 2 blocks away. The hotel has 5 star service. The room was very comfortable and clean. Had a massage at the Spa, just what I needed. The workout area was spotless and had the newest of machines. Diego Salas, one of the bellmen was extra helpful, in different occasions he went out of his way to accommodate me. The last day I had a chance to briefly meet the Regional General Manager, Mr. Frank Spielvogel, what a pleasure, no wonder the hotel has so high standards.

A really cozy hotel with every comfort and located in a quiet and safe area of San Isidro.Beautiful relaxation area and gym equipped with excellent equipment. Good breakfast. The service is really wonderful, all the staff helpful and very kind. The only weak point as far as I am concerned is the hotel restaurant, absolutely not up to par with everything else

Accused female guests of being prostitutes.

This hotel is absolutely embarrassing. They harassed multiple women in my working party, accusing them of being prostitutes. They refused to let couriers drive onto property to deliver food. I’ve never had this experience at a purported 5-star hotel, and the operators and staff should be completely ashamed for their behavior.
