The customer service where you make a reservation over promise to book us a room at the princess pool. The guest check in Nathan was rude. Saying he couldn’t assist and also pretty much saying it is what it is. I don’t feel the hotel help us at all it was my daughter birthday. They didn’t care my dad was handicap when I specifically ask for a handy cap room or a lobby level room This is the 2 time they do this to us. I don’t think the hotel food was good quality was Duke was nice. I feel the customer service is very bad for the price.
