Very nice stay, a bit pricey and we were charged for two nights of valet parking when we only used one. I went to one of the shops on Feb. 13 (one nearest my hotel room) and the clerk/staff (one lady) was very rude, didn’t look at me, greet me and hardly spoke to me. It’s the place that sells kitchen towels, and other AZ gifts. Otherwise, great personalized service and variety of food

Brought my sister with me on a conference trip, with the intentions of her enjoying the property more than I. Upon arrival, we were well greeted and helped. This property is very large. Do not attempt to manage your own bags or navigate yourself. Accept their help and take a ride on the golf cart. We stayed in the Gold section. It was beautiful and the orange trees were full. Room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Turn down service was exceptional. First morning as I was walking towards my car, baby rabbits enjoying the Fragrance Garden. And man was that garden fragrant! That evening we enjoyed a Prickly Pear Margarita from La Hacienda. The second day I was so jealous of my sister’s relax-cation, I’ll cut my day short and came back to enjoy the property a bit more. We enjoyed Ironwood American Kitchen for lunch and we love it! We loved the brussel sprouts. We walked the property and enjoyed the geese and the ducks. The final morning, a bobcat casually walks across my back patio and then stepped out to bask in a ray of sunshine. Well enjoyed time here. I will be back!

I was attending a business conference and the only issue I had was when I checked in then asked me if I wanted my room cleaned and I said no I did not. They said I would get a $10.00 credit per evening but my room was cleaned every day which I'm ok with BUT...housekeeping took my personal scale that I use daily. I went to the front desk and reported it and the security team found it after I left and it was in lost and found. I don't understand why your staff would take something when I hadn't even checked out yet? Makes no sense and I was not able to get my scale for four days. A little frustrating.

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion surrounding the housekeeping opt-out credit. If you requested not to have your room serviced, that preference should have been honored and clearly communicated to our Housekeeping team. We regret that your room was serviced despite your preference. We would also like to confirm that our Front Desk team applied the $10 nightly credit by deducting $10 from the in-room dining charge posted to your room. There were no other food and beverage charges on your folio. We apologize if this adjustment was not clearly explained at the time, and we understand how that may have added to the confusion. We are especially sorry for the frustration caused by the removal of your personal scale prior to your departure. Removing a guest’s belongings before checkout is not consistent with our standards. While we are pleased our Security team was able to locate your item in Lost & Found, we fully understand how inconvenient it was for you to be without it for several days. Your concern is completely valid, and we are actively reviewing how this occurred to ensure it does not happen again. Providing a seamless and respectful experience for our guests is extremely important to us. We regret that we fell short in this instance. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Large, resort property with a number of amenities on hand. Stayed in a room a couple floors above the outdoor bar. VERY LOUD, sound like the bar was right outside the door. Loud noise until 12/12:30 AM. Ask for a room away from the main building. Restaurants were good, staff was friendly and services were good. Fitness center that is available if you don’t have a spa treatment needs and upgrade, it was just OK. Expected more from this property. Played golf at the TPC Champion course affiliated with the hotel. It was good but again expected more from a TPC course. Rooms were clean but seemed a little dated for a $1000/day room. Probably would choose another property if I went back to Scottsdale.
