We stayed here for a family and friends vacation. The grounds are spectacular. These were easily some of the most beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in; the nightly cost is steep but the use of the funds are evident in how many people are working to keep up the facilities at any given time. We were so impressed by the attentiveness of the service from housekeeping to dining, the cleanliness of all facilities, and the amount of things available to occupy our children (nighttime outdoor movies, kids club, Sonoran Splash slides, etc.). Photos do not do justice to the beauty of this place. We were in absolute awe. It is really like an oasis in the desert. The only downside I could see - and I think it is something that should be said - is that this is not a smoke-free facility, and throughout the week we noticed several hotel guests smoking cigarettes outdoors and in gathering spaces such as the Plaza Bar, which I think also sells cigars. I was surprised to find this to be the case in 2026, and thus if you have respiratory conditions such as asthma you may want to reconsider this location until the policy is changed to potentially limit smoking to more remote locations so it isn't wafting across your room's balcony or past your dinner table. All in all, however, we did love our stay and will definitely return for a repeat visit.
