We were sent a discount for their Christmas celebration after some family went last week. I had trouble using it so I reached out. Spoke with Reese who said she would look into it and reach back out. Well she never reached back out. So I followed up and heard from another rep who told me the discount code is no longer valid. Well that sucks because now its unaffordable for me to bring the 9 members of my family. Would be nice if people follow through with what they say they will.

For the money we all paid. We expected much better. We were all so disappointed with just about everything, from check in to check out. Just so frustrating. We should have known better when we had issues with the rooms and getting someone to get back to us months before our stay. It was hard to enjoy my birthday celebration when I was in the lobby fixing billing issues all weekend. And when things were promised to us, they weren't delivered. We spent over $1300 for our meal on Saturday and had to wait over 30 minutes for the waiter to come back after serving drinks to take our order. 3 people had food poisoning from the night before (2 of which couldn't make it down to dinner) and the other birthday girl sat at dinner not eating. We asked waiter to find at least crackers / toast for her and brought nothing for her. Just frustrated to pay over 10k to constantly fix things.... and still never got the correct wine or champagne. They also at least one order to our neighbors. They didn't know until it was too late. We asked for a wall of ketchup to be cleaned from a bellmans mess out side of our room covering the wall. It was still there when we left Sunday. There were so many more things but it just seemed like management throughout the weekend just didn't care too much to follow through or employees just didn't care at all. And whoever does the valet need to be immediately retrained on customer service. The attendants in the parking lot were absolutely ridiculously rude and inappropriately ignorant to policies and procedures and just downright rude. The golf cart took 40 minutes to come to the building on Sunday. We had to drag a bunch of bags through the building without a cart between 2 people. When the front desk said that they would be there in ten minutes to help us with bags twice. Not until we were downstairs, starting to walk with the bags in shifts did someone show up asking if we were waiting for a golf cart. Meanwhile, we were told that the handicapped parking was reserved for the buildings behind us.Yet only golf carts were parked in the handicapped, which is a violation clearly stated by federal and state law. You had 2 elderly handicapped people have to walk to from of hotel because Noone showed up in time. And the other handicapped person lugging bags down hallways, elevators and sidewalks because Noone showed up when they were supposed to. All could avoid been avoided if there were carts available and handicapped parking near the buildings like there should have been as stated Prior to arrival.

Check in experience took over an hour with 2 toddlers. You sent me to some pravato tower rudely told me I was in the wrong place for check in. Took forever to get a ride over there after we had already valet parked and unloaded. Only to get over there and be told we are not guests there and in the wrong spot. 2 screaming tolders… another delay to get back. Load up all of our stuff. Trying to get our passes so we didn’t miss out on Christmas events. No one did anything to accommodate or compensate us for such a poor check in and hours wasted. On top of that our room was so uncomfortably warm- the air would not work. We also booked for the purposes of using the pool, which we were told was nice and warm but it was freezing!! We actually left a night early and didn’t stay. We will be back for Christmas experience but not staying as a guest again
