Dear Ms. H., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are pleased you enjoyed aspects of the resort, we are truly sorry that your overall experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the premium nature of your stay. We understand how the distance to the conference center impacted your comfort and we regret that your request for a room closer to the venue could not be accommodated without an upgrade charge. Additionally, the maintenance issues you encountered with the bathroom sinks and air conditioning are not reflective of the high standards we strive to uphold and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this caused. Please know that as a gesture of goodwill, the manager you spoke to adjusted off $249.00 Bourbon Steak bill in acknowledgment of the inconveniences you experienced. While this cannot undo the disruption, we hope it reflects our commitment to addressing guest concerns sincerely. Your feedback has been shared with our leadership and engineering teams to ensure appropriate follow-up and prevent similar situations for future guests.
