The Fairmont is always a lovely place. I come down very often because I am a spear member. I have to tell you that every time I check in, your front desk staff seems to know less than less about spear guests. The gal at the front could not tell me if there was a shuttle as they’re normally is. She also could not tell me what time the spa is open till. For such a high-end establishment, I would expect more from your front desk.

Checkin process was tiring. Every room Type was available at check in yet we were not upgraded at all. Room Itself smelled Of rotting detergent. Room very dated. Badly needs an upgrade. The bathroom Door is actually the toilet room door. Pools nice not busy at all and multiple pools. Service at pool was poor. Felt as if we were being judged for not ordering immediately at the pool. Breakfast was not good. Ended up eating at the make shift Starbucks. Valet did a good job with cars.
