I cannot say enough good things about The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! My husband and I went this month (November) 2024 and had the best time! They were just putting up the Christmas lights, which were already amazing and I wish we could be there for the whole Christmas experience! Outside of the beautiful resort and amenities, the food and drinks all over the resort were exceptional! The staff really made the experience what it was. From the moment we pulled up, it seemed like everyone was there to accommodate our every need. Everyone was friendly and made the entire process of checking in as easy as possible. A huge shout out to Angelina at the front desk and Alfredo in management! They were both outstanding and made our stay next level. We are so grateful to you all at the Fairmont Princess!

I was ver dissatisfied with my stay. This is a 5 star resort and did not feel like one. I notified staff I was going to be at hotel at 1pm. On arrival I was told I would be having my room in 20 min. After two hours I received a room with a dysfunctional heater. The room temperature inside was 57 degrees and the thermostat did not work. The staff came and after assessing the system said it does not work and that each room had to be manually turned on and mine does not work. I was then switch to another room which had no view whereas my previous room did. We had a wedding reception at the hotel, on returning again our heater did not work and we had to have staff come at 1-2am to fix the issue. The opened the air filters for the HVAC system and noticed they were caked with dust and the system could not take in air. THey then said it was fixed but again it did not work. We slept late with no heat again on our second night. I felt the hotel was not prepared for the volume of guests and each room was not prepped for the cold weather. In the morning at 6-8am sunday we had a truck outside our room unloading christmas decorations making constant noise and barely got any sleep that night from the cold and noise. I took a video and showed the front desk manager in the morning. I have stayed at fairmont hotels before and have never had such an experience, and will not stay again at this hotel, I was very dissatisfied. I felt the hotel was more focused on christmas decoration set up then its own guests.
