The hotel is beautiful of course. Colin, Austin and Lauren were wonderful at check-in. Austin was even kind enough to comp our parking as my friend is an amputee. So friendly and welcoming. JAMES at the iron skillet was very warm and made us feel at home. He always checked on us consistently and took such great care of us and made us feel very special. The highlight of the trip was Toro. And the highlight of Toro with Sarah. Who I believe is the assistant manager. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel like we were the most special people there at the restaurant. We cannot say enough about her. She made the experience absolutely epic. I wish I remembered her last name. I think it was Some kind of Japanese last name. And she had the most wonderful smile. I just want her recognize. She just went so far above and beyond to make us feel so so special. Cuba was our server and he was wonderful. Brent was also great. He has such a great sense of humor. You guys are doing something right at that restaurant. It was amazing. The food was amazing the dessert the little drink before our meal. Ev such an amazing staff there

My only complaint is the slide pool was not heated. It was one of the reasons we choose this resort over others and then we couldn’t even enjoy the slides because the water was so cold.

I sent an email a few days before we were to arrive in Scottsdale. I had questions about tennis offerings. No one ever responded. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find that there no longer were tennis courts as they had all been converted to pickleball courts. That will influence where we stay next time. Additionally, we did smell mold when we walked into our room.

Felt like the entire staff was new and or knew nothing about the property. They were very unhelpful, to the point that it was embarrassing. They didn’t know what the restaurants offered, what type of food, best ways to get around, etc. We were never given a pass to exit the Privado driving gate and got stuck there for 10 minutes today when no answered the call box to let us know. Just crazy stuff.
