While I was in the shower room service delivered a glass of wine and what appeared to be a glass of lemonade. I did not drink any of it as I did not order it. I assumed it was a welcome from the hotel (like the sweets also left on my first night). To my surprise when I viewed my bill this week, I was charged for these items that I did not order. That was not expected nor did I order this. It should be reversed.

Rooms are dated but very well appointed. Electronics could use some updating. The lack of modern device connections is quite inconvenient... Showers are extremely out dated and somewhat precarious.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles from the valet staff, and bellman, checking in was smooth and quick, very accommodating to our needs. 5 stars to the onsite chef, restaurant experience was exceptional all around! The Gelato after dinner paired perfectly! Pool, gift shop, lobby, chilled cucumber water, hospitality done right! Room was overall very comfortable complimented by freshest linens and comfortable bed. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap bars and lotion; all of highest quality! Hospitality done right, enjoyed out stay on the 22 floor, that was a treat! Thank you Fairmont Dallas! We shall return. And if I may, the surrounding entertainment bars, and venues are numerous, we went to several; but I must share with the World! About a Cajun food bar and live music entertainment bar only a mile from the Fairmont haven, Free Man Bar- live music Sunday night with the house band was so exceptional that I will fly to Dallas just to see them again and enjoy jambalaya and fresh corn bread anytime! Thank you Fairmont Dallas!
