Friendly staff from the moment of arrival! The parking valet, reception desk, and restaurant staff were all friendly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It is rare to have such a consistent level of professionalism across an array of team members. Thank you!

Didn't have any water to take a shower on the 19th floor of the south tower. I had to use a colleague's shower the first morning of our event. They got me another room within about 4 to 5 hours but that is a first for any hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room was excellent but the welcome from the front desk was exceptional. The guy that checked me in was a real pro and even acknowledged that the last time I visited a Fairmont property was in Egypt.

Ty Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Location, room, employees were all great, but there is room for improvement. The food temperature for hot items fell short of being hot on the buffets. The best hot item on the lunch and dinner menu buffet would be soup - which was ideally hot - with steam coming from the pot, when stirred. Improvement for my room would be to set the thermostat and use a thermal scanner to make sure the temperature matches what the thermostat says is the temperature. I don't think that mine was calibrated correctly.
