First time staying at this hotel. I visit often for work and probably will never stay here again. The room quality for the price paid is does not match. On top of it this staff at the lobby bar were incredibly rude after multiple people had asked for the World Cup game to be put on. As a paying customer I don’t need to be told to go somewhere else to watch it when there’s three TVs and you could’ve easily accommodated one to be in the game. Stubborn Service is just incredibly unnecessary and leaves the sour taste in every guest mouth do better.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially the guy who checked me in! Room was comfortable and clean. View was nice and the amenities were very convenient!

Very old and dated hotel. Gym was dirty as if no staff member had checked on it in a long time - no towels, garage container spilling out. I would not stay again.

Family trip for World Cup, very nice spacious room great location bathroom was underwhelming when compared to the suite. Shower over bath and very small. Otherwise it was great.

Rooms are outdated and bathroom cleanliness was questionable. Shower curtain was dirty and felt amenities were lacking. Breakfast service was not as attentive based on the amount of people there. I had to ask for my napkin to be changed as there was a long hair in the first one provided.
