But I’m having issues with valet. I paid for what was called a park and play option so my valet was included. Valet would not honor this and I needed to get going so I paid again at the window and said I would just call. I have called a few times and emailed with an individual but the name of Sal who said they were not available to reimburse me but they would mail my check. I followed up with a text to see if Che I was sent bc this all needs to be expensed through my company and I’ve had no response. Hopefully check is in mail but I haven’t seen it yet. My stay was last Thursday. The hotel is fantastic. I always stay there when traveling to my firm in Dallas. I would live your assistance with this issue.

I had several issues having booked FAIRMONT GOLD! 1. I was never asked for my dietary preference. I am a vegetarian and nothing was done to accommodate this. I reached the hotel, and went to the GOLD lounge in the afternoon, but all I could see was just meat-based. 2. I requested the person at the lounge to call a manager. That never happened. I was told that the manager would call me, but that didnt happen either 3. The next morning, my wife needed sanitary pads. She called the front desk as a request and the front desk agent was super rude. He said, you can go and buy it at the store. 4. Since my wife wasnt feeling well, I wanted to have an additional 2 hours for checking out. Again, the front desk agent was very rude and started talking about charges etc and cut me mid sentence multiple times. I am extremely unhappy with Fairmont Dallas and will NOT recommend this to anyone!

It took to long to get my room, I was told to go get lunch and my room would be ready in a hour and half, it was not. Then I was told it would be ready by 2, again it was not ready. I finally got my room it was after 4 pm. I will say the room was nice once you did get it. The staff was friendly also.

The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, the AC worked well, however the cleaning left room for improvement. The bathroom floor had not been mopped and the bathtub tile had the previous occupant's hair on the back wall. The garbage has no liners. The kleenex, towels, coffee and sugar weren't replenished daily. The shampoo, lotion and body wash were excellent.

Amazing service love the bar. Very convivial, congenial, friendly, and well hung. Love these guys. I'll never stay anywhere else because they let the hookers slip a nip at the bar and grab my junk which is pretty nice
