While I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast and the service provided by our team, I am truly sorry for the condition of your guestroom upon arrival. This is not reflective of the high standards we strive to deliver, nor is it consistent with the Fairmont experience you should always expect. Please accept my sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues, the maintenance concerns with the bathroom fan and wallpaper, and the condition of the carpet. Your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and it is clear we fell short in providing the quality you rightfully anticipate, especially compared to other Fairmont properties.
