Really bad water pressure, not sure cost justified the product.

Loved the hotel, just make sure the staff has checked the rooms for garbage bags and off snacks were eaten before the next occupant.

Crystal Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

I've stayed multiple times and always had a great experience. Leading up to this trip there was some miscommunications via email which made us a little nervous for the stay. Thankfully Jack & Brandy from Fairmont gold were able to make the experience for this stay. The guest services team at the front doors was always very attentive, and even remembered that I'd had stayed previously. The hotel is in a great location, with good amenities.

Stayed on 22nd floor for 2 nights. No water pressure and no shower.
