I had a very good experience staying at the Fairmont although I was only there for a short time The location made it easy to navigate throughout the city. The staff( valet service, desk agents and the concierge manager, Philip) provided exceptional service with a welcoming attitude. Five stars for the “people” part of my stay.

I loved the experience at fairmont hospitality was amazing everyone has great attitudes. The rooms however need touch ups I don’t care for new or renovated. But definitely paint chipping everywhere wallpaper warping. The sheets even had rips in it so I know those were definitely outdated. Also

While I was in the shower room service delivered a glass of wine and what appeared to be a glass of lemonade. I did not drink any of it as I did not order it. I assumed it was a welcome from the hotel (like the sweets also left on my first night). To my surprise when I viewed my bill this week, I was charged for these items that I did not order. That was not expected nor did I order this. It should be reversed.
