Stayed for my birthday and was upgraded for free to a suite. I loved that! However , the room itself was sad and not up to par with the Fairmont standard . The carpet next to the bed had a blood or wine stain ( worrisome at most), the light fixture in the living area of the suite above the dining room table had a light bulb out, and the amenities box by the TV had something missing which worried me if I was going to be charged for something never there . Thankfully I was not. The kitchen needs to stay open later than 10pm there I think. Dallas is a great place to stay and their in room dining menu did not state the times it was open or closed, so disappointingly we found out the hard way and went to bed hungry. It was a great stay other than that .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs The cost was reasonable. Otherwise, the experience was less than satisfactory. Two of our four days we received no cleaning or turn-down service. The internet service was spotty and poor, despite my having signed up for Accor specifically to get better internet. Accor itself is immensely confusing.
