It was convenient for our meeting but problems with the elevators working made it difficult to get to meeting rooms in a timely fashion.

My stay at the Fairmont Dallas wasn’t that great. All the hotel staff that I encountered were friendly, accommodating, and professional. My hotel room was so dimly lit. The bathroom was the worst. I couldn’t apply my makeup because it was so hard to see. I only had WiFi the first evening in the room. The remaining days, the WiFi didn’t work. It was very inconvenient after a long day of working my company’s conference. I couldn’t work on documents because I had no WiFi. The bed was comfortable. The heat didn’t work. It got really chilly at night and there’s no blanket in the room so I was cold. I turned the heat on and it blew cold air.

Very nice accommodation, but the age of the building is showing. In addition to standing in 3-4 inches of water during every shower, I also experienced water dripping from the light fixture over the bathtub which felt particularly unsafe. It's clear from the water stains around the fixture that this wasn't the first time so it's likely that there is an ongoing, unaddressed plumbing issue. I was told the engineers were dispatched to "fix" it, but was not offered a change of rooms (likely because the hotel was VERY full due to the conference I was attending). I avoided the shower for the remainder of my trip, opting to use that of a coworker down the hall.

Your in room WiFi does not work well and the chrome cast element of the TV does not work. The TV system needs to be updated.
