A good place to stay

I stay here a few times each month. Great location right by the airport perfect for the frequent flyer. A supermarket, shops and a range of good restaurants are a short walk away at Spitfire Square. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The staff and service are excellent, the breakfast is first class both in terms of providing excellent vistas and food. The air conditioning is very, very difficult to change or turn off, this needs to be upgraded to a simple manual switch on/off. The odd room has a musty smell, there are less of these as they sort out the problem. Overall I recommend this hotel, but they desperately need to get the air con and mustiness sorted.

As usual quite a pleasant 4 night stay except for a couple of issues. Shower Gel ran out whilst in shower. Had to request room to be serviced at 3:30pm. Had to request tissues and toilet paper. Glasses not washed until requested by us on the 3rd day. Accor card not asked for in the restaurant - rectified by reception when we checked out. Staff were found to be pleasant.
