Nevertheless, we do our utmost to fulfill these requests as soon as possible. I’d like to highlight that my team was the first to address your request, and your room change was prioritized. Regarding water availability, should there ever be an unexpected issue with the water cooler, please remember that our front desk team is available 24 hours a day to assist with any special requests. Additionally, your room was equipped with a coffee machine and a minibar. We also offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, available around the clock. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore, your feedback is very important to us.
