لا بأس بها

Dear Hatem A., Thank you for choosing our hotel and taking time to share your feedback with us - we appreciate it a lot. I am so sorry to hear about the situation with welcome drinks that took place during your arrival - I still need some time to investigate what happened and discuss with the team what might bring you to the wrong conclusions, but it is in no way there could be a place for racism. We are the international brand hotel with high standards and within the team we have a very strong corporate culture, within the team which is multinational and includes people from India, Algeria, Russia, Ukraine, etc. And do apologize for the situation that made you think like that. In order to compensate the fact that you did not receive your welcome drinks as per loyalty program and the silver status of the card - i suggest to credit courtesy point to your ALL loyalty card, please accept it as apologies for broken program promise. الفندق متواضع جدا عند الحجز بالبرنامج ذكر بوجود مواقف سيارات عند الوصول يخبرني الاستقبال لا يوجد مواقف للفندق مم جعلني ادفع لموقف السياره مبالغ اضافيه علي مدار 48 ساعه اجره لم اجد مياه معدنية مجانية في الغرفة لا يوجد غلايه ماء كانت تجربه سيء لم اتوقع الغرف بالحجم هذا ومستوي النظافه متوسطه والسرير مزعج وصوت الشارع مسموع في الغرفه العزل ضعيف

On our website it is mentioned that car park is nearby which is true, i am sorry if it confused you and made you think it is on the site. The water boiler is on each floor by the elevator - probably you did not notice it, plus there glasses and a jug in each room. s per standard the room size is 13 sq.m. which is also mentioned in its description. I apologize for we did not meet your expectations. In Tbilisi there are other Accor hotels like ibis (red and Styles), Novotel, Mercure, Pullman and Swissotel - please feel always welcome to chose any of your preferences and taste.
