I was stay 5 nights there with my wife. Pros: * Perfect accessibilities to public transportation, local markets, restaurants, bars and etc. * At first day reception suggest us early check-in which made us satisfied. * Such a 5 stars stake house we had dinner * SKY7 Terrace & Lounge Bar which is suggested to try Cons: * Noisy nights, at first night housekeepers and hotel staff made so much noise actually they busy with cleaning next room at 3 AM !!! when I called reception after 10 minutes the noise some how reduced. Unfortunately this repeated again at 3rd 4rd and last night at middle of the night despite we talked the reception and reception manager during the day and they told us they figure it out and it wouldn't happen again. * I sent an e-mail and ask for a note for my wife which they said they will do but they didn't. Totally the basic point I expect form an stay which was comfortable and silent night didn't fulfilled.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for 4 nights and had booked 3 rooms. The location was quiet and nice. It faced the river/ canal and had lovely views. Our room was on the 4th floor, room size was decent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had taken twin sharing beds , beds were very small and narrow. The only disappointing thing was pillows and mattress were too soft, I would have preferred slightly more firm pillows and mattress. Drinking water was provided amply. Breakfast spread was decent. They had 2 lovely restaurants, one down and other roof top but veg options were limited. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. They had candy kept in a bowl on the reception. It is value for money.

Amazing experience for a big group .

The luxury or high class hotel is not the one with “golden” walls , but the one with superb service and when the staff gets out of their “frame “ to make the guest feel special. This hotel is definitely the one . I had a big group and from the very start of communication to check in and check out I had just excellent experience. Special thanks to Mari the manager for all support . The other Mari in the reception is a “treasure “ to keep ❤️. Location wise - can’t be better . Just in the heart of old town . Superb breakfast! Rooms are nice with all necessary things . One thing caught my attention the existence of “stevia “ offered along with other sugar types . Seems a small thing but being diabetic you feel care . Isn’t the Love in small detail ?

Excellent hotel for exploring Tbilisi

Excellent hotel for exploring Tbilisi, right at the edge of Old Town but without the crowds. My room (Privilege corner unit) was spacious and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed (with mood lighting adjusted by switches) and nice views towards the river and old city. The Wifi was fast enough for remote work (6-10+ mbps). Staff were great and helped me with enthusiasm, especially Ina at the front desk. The room fridge full of complementary drinks was a nice gesture. The downstairs steakhouse and the rooftop bar both deserve a special mention. The food downstairs, and the strawberry and mixed berry milkshakes (which I think are the same in both restaurants) are phenomenal. Would gladly stay again!
