Very nearly perfect

On the whole this hotel was excellent in every way except one which sadly let things down a little but it would not stop me staying again. I went with my wife and was joined by my sister from the UK, my wife is Indonesian and my sister like me British, this is not a hotel on the tourist map thus not getting many European visitors I expect but was not any different to Ibis hotels in Europe and in some ways better especially regarding service, excellent swimming pool btw. Breakfast was a delight catering for all tastes, no complaints there. Obviously a couple of “bules” (Europeans) gets noticed and the breakfast manager Andrew came to talk to us, excellent English by the way. The only bad part was the evening meal, it was on the strength of breakfast that we decided to have evening meal which sadly was something we regretted, my sister is vegetarian and ordered margarita pizza which for some reason had meat on it not just tomato and cheese as expected, I ordered fish and chips which was cold, the chips were actually French fries as you get in fast food outlets not real chips but I expected that. My wife ordered traditional Indonesian food which she did not enjoy either, this was at 20:00 (8pm) not an unreasonable time to expect a decent meal. I can accept that my meal being cold and wife’s being not nice could be a (1 off) but giving a vegetarian meat is inexcusable. Evening meal was a disaster otherwise everything else was excellent, I would stay again but not use restaurant at night.

Ibis Styles Bekasi Jatibening is obviously the best hotel in Jatibening on the adjacent of Jakarta-Bekasi border. The location is strategic near to Jakarta-Cikampek toll road and Cikunir 1 LRT station. The surrounding hotel have many of restaurant The room is great, the amenities is enough and the breakfast is delicious

I choose this hotel as this is simply the most reliable hotel at the area. Please keep it up! Amazing manager and reception staff, also at the reastaurant. The breakfast tastes always delicious, I am happy. Quality is definitely a factor. Shout out to Restaurants Manager, Rika, who were friendly and kind to let us eat though we are at the last minute of 10am. We stayed in multiple rooms, the family one and the standard one. All ok. Thanks!!
