Best Accor Hotel in my opinion. Been to many Accor Hotel before even overseas, so far the most excellence service we've experienced is at Mercure Jakarta Cikini. The hotel staff at the check in counter was very nice and kind. The kids activities was so exciting. Met the staff Kak Magda and Kak Fani. And my kids love them. Thank you kak.

Top hotel in town and top service given by Paupau. She is the best staff that i ever met before. Different from other staff that i ever met. Wish her good luck on her carrier. And always keep healthy. And also success for this nice luxury hotel best

Great location,comfortable, friendly and accommodating staff and fantastic breakfast spread! Although located at a busy street, the rooms are a quiet escape after a day of work or play in Jakarta. Pau pau at reception assisted me perfectly!

Good ambience for weekend staycation with family, delicious menu for breakfast, clean room, and very helpful staf with Nayla and Stephanie especially with kids activities at weekend. The location very strategies, in center of the city.

Pak Wahyu F&B Manager, Pak Wandi from Banquet and his team were all VERY HELPFUL!! Best service, fast respond and give solution when there were problems. Trouble with AC and Microphones on the 8th fl, inside Cikini di Langit. AC was not cold and volume on the speaker came out so low, we hardly could hear the voices of the speakers. So during lunch time, the Engineering team fixed all the problems, and our meetinng continue smoothly.
