I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and incredibly relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with warm smiles and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for families. They offer a wide range of complimentary activities, including yoga, water football, kayaking, pool Zumba, and a dedicated kids' play area—ensuring that there's something for everyone, whether you're looking to stay active or simply unwind. While the hotel provides an overall great experience, it's worth noting that it's an older property in need of some maintenance. The room, while clean and comfortable, had a few signs of wear, including some rust and aging fixtures. However, this did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot on the southernmost tip of Phuket, affording absolutely stunning ocean vistas all around. Staff are really helpful and polite, not hesitating to accommodate all our requests, even for a late food order (we arrived hungry after a whole day of travelling). Archi (a very friendly member of staff) also graciously agreed to show us to our rooms at a deferred time. Rooms are gorgeous and the food is excellent. Highly recommended!

Horrible Service and Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at this hotel that completely ruined the end of my holiday. During my stay, a staff member damaged my expensive designer sunglasses. Despite repeatedly asking on-site if anything else was needed to resolve the issue before leaving the country, I was given no clear answers. Now, even weeks later, I am still forced to deal with this frustrating situation, which has been mentally exhausting. To make matters worse, the hotel demanded that I send my sunglasses back to Thailand for inspection, something my insurance and other experts strongly advised against. This request is completely unreasonable, and it shows how little the hotel understands or cares about providing proper customer service. I have since requested the receipt for my sunglasses and offered to provide it, but the hotel continues to show no real cooperation or effort to resolve the matter. The way this situation has been handled is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and empathy is shocking, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I will never return to this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. If you value good service, accountability, or a stress-free holiday, stay far away from this place.

As mentioned in our previous communications, we are very sorry your sunglasses fell off the table while our team member was cleaning your table and got scratched while hitting the floor. Having said that, it is important to follow the correct steps to assess the extent of the damage and verify the authenticity of the product. Many luxury brands, including Prada, either offer authentication services directly or collaborate with specialists who verify the authenticity of their products. As you didn't want to handover your sunglasses for certification, we provided several other options. To expedite the process, if you prefer not to send the sunglasses to Thailand for verification, we are happy to have you obtain the necessary certification in Switzerland. You can work with a local Prada store or an accredited third-party expert in Switzerland to confirm that the damaged Miu Miu sunglasses are genuine and cannot be repaired. The certification can then be provided digitally for our records as the value is close to 600 euros. According to the Swiss Code of Obligations (Article 44), it is within both parties’ legal rights to request such inspections to establish the facts. This process ensures transparency and protects both parties from risks, including counterfeiting. We were taken aback to learn that your Swiss insurance provider has strongly advised against sending the sunglasses for inspection, as this is a standard practice followed by insurance companies in Switzerland. I hope you will take into consideration the delayed process was impacted by the 35 days it took for us to receive a reply from you. My team and I stay available to resolving this issue. A memorable graduation trip for our little ones!

It was a great trip and the service staff in Pullman Panwa made it memorable for us and the kids. We and 4 other families spent 4 days in Pullman Panwa from 12th to 15th Dec 2024. One of the highlights was the kids club. It was fantastic. Putting our kids with Noon, Leena and CJ was the best part of the stay. They were caring and all the children enjoyed every moment in the club. They were absolute angels. Definitely an asset for the Pullman group. Vin (Melvin) from the Tamarind Thai Cusine Restaurant was superb in his service. We had a birthday event on the 13th Dec and he made everything exceptional and seamless. Went above our expectations. Great asset to have.

A Stunning Resort in a beautiful part of Phuket

Such a stunning location and a beautiful resort! We have only stayed in Patong on all our previous trips. All the reviews I read previous to our stay made me worried about the location, as it said it was far away from everything. Absolutely nothing to worry about! We didn’t even want to leave this resort. The pool area and beach was definitely the highlight. The daybeds and sun lounges were never hard to come by. They provided lots of shade or sun if you wished to sun bake. The crystal clear water of the beach and immaculately clean sand. That was tirelessly kept clean by the grounds keepers was a bonus. The variety and the quality of the food was also a highlight. We only ate out one night in our 8 night stay. It really catered for everyone’s taste. The 3 restaurants were amazing House keeping did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of our room. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday there and Achi ( customer relations officer went above and beyond to make her night extra special. She was amazing, not only incredibly friendly but she was willing to do anything to help us. She even tried to carry our suitcases for us. Thank you again Achi! You are a real asset to the resort. Also, we had some disappointing issues that arose at the beginning of our stay and right at the end and after dealing with a couple of managers on duty. We were helped out by Fahad. He was not only empathetic to our issue but he very quickly took ownership of it and quickly came up with a solution, so we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Thank you again Fahad Our issues only arose from miscommunication and slight language barrier from the front desk staff. Overall, it was one of the most memorable holidays and we can’t wait to go back. If you are travelling to the airport during peak hour traffic, allow for a 2 hour drive. We had transferred arranged by an Australian company that sold us the complete holiday package and they only allowed an hour, which resulted in a stressful drive to the airport. Pullman Panwa is a stunning resort!!!
