Awesome Breakfast! We are staying at Novotel Kata and just had the breakfast !! Spread was amazing and everything was tasty. Staff were lovely and especially Reez was good. He made sure everything was presented well.

Suzan greeted guests with a real smile and checked them in smoothly, even when busy. She quickly fixed a booking problem, making sure everyone felt important. She knew local spots near kata beach and shared tips that made the stay better.

We recently spent 9 wonderful nights at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the food and beverages were delicious throughout our stay. Every staff member was incredibly helpful. Nadear was particularly kind and always went out of her way to assist us. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and will definitely be returning in the future!
