We really liked this hotel, room service was good, Tina helped us with everything at the reception, the swimming pool was very comfortable, especially for kids, the staff was really nice with the guests, so our family enjoyed the vacation at Avista hotel 😀

Nadear arranged everything perfectly for us and she even let us check in earlier than usual. Everything went smooth and we had a good experience

We spent 3 nights at this resort with myself and my 2 teenage daughters. We were really thankful to be given upgrades on our first night to a family rooms and then the next nights we had two rooms and also had an upgrade to an ocean view room which was just beautiful to sit on the balcony and look at the sea from different angles. This is such a nice resort and the staff were all very friendly and caring. The food menus were great with so much choice and every meal we had was delicious. The location is great up on a hill but so close to lots of action and a quick trip down to the beach, and Kata beach the whole road is a great walk and beautiful with all the palm trees along the whole strip. Highly recommend for family stays.

Outstanding hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff everywhere. The reception was amazing, and receptionist May was very helpful and kind! Great poolarea and restaurant. Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The whole place was super for us and the kids!
