A really friendly hotel. Our room was lovely and freshened up every day. Bedding changed a few times over our stay too ( and kids get really cute, super soft, duvet covers and sheets along with a tent and teddies which is a cute touch. Pools are nice and clean and in sunny spot. Swim up bar is great and happy hour (2-7) is 2 for 1 cocktails which is great. Kids enjoyed pool table that is free to use in reception (although someone stole the black ball on our 5th day so the staff replaced it with a shiny blue one until they could get a new one). Not a massive variety of food on evening menu but all cooked well. Breakfast had plenty to offer including lots and lots of fresh fruit and fruit juices. We had a few hiccups (some confusion on what our food voucher was for) but these problems were sorted quickly. One evening we required some fresh bedding and seemed to take a while to arrive….unfortunately there had been a mix up and it was sent to the wrong room. After our second call it promptly arrive and 10 minutes late another knock at the door was the lovely receptionist apologising with a tray of fruit. Totally not needed as a genuine error but she could not apologise enough. Was such a lovely touch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kata beach is only 5 minutes away and there is a free shuttle. Definitely recommend if travelling with family. There is a very steep hill leading up to the hotel but it only takes five minutes to walk up it…and at least you can compensate for the extra holiday food lol

Staff are really nice, friendly and attentive. They pay attention to guests needs and very quick to action. The room is spacious and cleaned everyday. We had a garden view but there was no garden really. Just a forgotten little jungle. They provided a step stool for our kids to reach the toilet which was nice. The pool is also big enough, 2 pools - one in lower level and another in upper level. There is also a shallow wading pool for the littles. The splash park needs an update as the rubber matting is coming off. The food from the breakfast buffet was also nice. We stayed for 8 nights and the menu changed each day. There is a play room for kids to allow adults to eat in peace. A major concern for me was the steep hill. There is a shuttle that goes to and from the beach every 30 mins but not to the town centre. If there was a shuttle down the hill I would give 5 stars. But because of that hill it cost us money to hire taxi to climb up and down as my parents are old. Overall wonderful hotel mainly because of the staff. It was annoying to see the manager walking around bossing around everyone and yelling at the kids for jumping into the pool. He did not look like he was nice to his staff.

To ensure consistent availability for everyone, we’re unable to extend the service to the town centre. Alternatively, we recommend arranging private transportation for trips beyond Kata beach area. Regarding the poolside concern, the manager stepped in purely out of concern for guest safety. Jumping from the pool edge is not permitted as it can lead to injuries and goes against our safety regulations, which are in place to protect all guests—especially children. Thank you again for recognizing the efforts in making guest stay memorable. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable stay.
