Hotel is very central in Bangkok eg malls , spas , transport . Hotel staff is very welcoming . The food was great with so much variety of Thai and Western .

As always I har another remarkable and memorable stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious with many varieties of food options. Thanks to Ms Sita and her team whom provided a great and wonderful services. I will come back to the hotel on my next visit to Phuket.

BEST EVER. 3rd time back it’s just fantastic, swim up room was so good! Breakfast is great loads of options and oatmeal was yummy.
