We, a family of four, had a great stay at Ibis. The hotel was in a great location. We love that we are able to use the Novotel's facilities as it's under the same group. The Novotel is right next door. We used the gym, and the kids space in the lobby a lot. The down fall was that the pool was under renovations. I wished that they had posted this somewhere in their listing in the travel website as having a pool would have gone a long way with having two kids. We would like to especially thank the Estrela team in the Novotel. If you are ever visiting Phuket, you must check out the roof top bar here, what a view. Not only that, the staff there are absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was attentive and we have never received such an amazing hospitality. Absolutely 10/10

I'm coming here every week because of the rooftop bar at Novotel is my favourite bar in Phuket. Really like the service and hospitality from Khun JoJo, New and Nui. They are always kind to me and threat me like a king. Highly recommended

If you make a mistake it's important to fix it.

Arrived for a 5 night stay in November 2025 around 7:00 pm. I had completed the on-line check in because it was supposed to make arriving smoother and hassel free. I originally gave this hotel a low rating following some disappointments over the first 3 days. While having breakfast in the Novotel (neighbouring hotel) a manager approached us to talk about my review. She has since made every reasonable effort to make things right and we are very satisfied. It's not about making mistakes in business; we all do. What is important is what one does to fix them once identified. Good on you Ibis Styles, and thank you. Read less

just 15-20 minutes walk to the heritage site of Phuket City, this hotel doesn't look stylish at all (compared to other ibis Styles we visited in the past), the room was very basic/simple, we missed international tv stations, a food market (inclusive halal stores) and a Mc Donalds are just around the corner, the big breakfast buffet was nice and the only thing we liked at this hotel, for a one night stay sufficient
