During a longer travel, we slept over in this hotel just for one night (late checkin and early departure). The overall impression of this hotel was quite antiquated and not well maintained/cleaned. Due to the Covid situation, I was expecting some sanitary measures (hydro alcoholic gel at the entrance and in front of the elevator) and the personnel would pay more attention on the cleanness of the hotel. Unfortunately, no gel whatsoever was available for customers while a warning paper posted inside the elevator indicated that customers need to disinfect their hands before pressing the buttons... (by the way all buttons and mirror in the elevator were pretty dirty as well). The room was not clean and found ball of dust/hair in the bathroom and room but no one to complain at since there was only one receptionist in this hotel during the evening. Sure, it is not Sofitel or Novotel but I was used to have more pleasant staying even at Ibis/Ibis Budget in the past. I will never go back again.

Brand new Ibis property. Every morning a hot and delicious breakfast and a afternoon beer on tap, really good service. For summer vacation in the region there is a lake just a few steps, really a few ones from hotel. A short walk from supermarkets and Jabbeke downtown. In the same trip, make it worth and go to Brugge, the medieval town of Belgium, and Dunkirk and Calais. Enjoy Free public transportation in Dunkirk.

Hello, I'd booked that room for three people, but it's very small. This hotel is not adapted for so much people. Hotel is placed on a bad look area. The building is very new. I hope in the future, the garden will be nicer.

Price was very cheap in contrast to the beautiful lication. Service was quite alright and rooms were plenty good for its money. If you're looking for a place to relax and dont spend much time inside the hotelroom, this is perfect.

Easy check in. Very small room, glad it was only a 1 night stop over on long journey. Good phone charging plugs(usb directly into wall) shower lacking in anywhere to put your own soap and shampoo, needs shelf. Disappointing you have to pay another 5euro to park. But overall a reasonable place to stay.
