So close to the station and only a 10 minute walk into the city. Affordable and all that you need for a basic stay, clean and the reception team are really helpful, thank you Kamila, an asset to the team. My only disappointment was no hairdresser in the room, definitely something to plan for if it’s something that’s part of your holiday expectation. I’d stay there again, really good price, great location and really helpful staff team.

Cheap and practical for a flying visit to Bruges

Good points - very good location with its walking distance to Bruges centre. Parking facility right at the front of hotel - 7 euro for 24 hours which seemed reasonable. Despite the hotel being close to train line, this couldn’t be heard with window shut. Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast had more variety on offer than anticipated. Hot shower and very clean room. Found a British channel on the tv. Bad points - the room was quite warm and we couldn’t leave the window open because of the noisy trains. The room is very basic and small - but you can see that from the photos. All in all, the room served its purpose - somewhere to sleep after a long day exploring Bruges. We were a family of 2 adults and a 12 year old child.

Friendly staff but you get what you pay for. Small, cramped room with the sink and shower next to the bed. Thankfully the toilet is behind a door but has an automatic light which can’t be turned off and illuminates the whole hotel room, so if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night it will wake up your partner. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep here without ear plugs as it is right next to the train tracks and there were loud teenagers screaming in the corridor outside our room.

Stayed at the Ibis for one night and was very disappointed. The room was extremely basic and overpriced at €90. Location near the station meant noise throughout the night and morning. The property felt rundown and hard to find, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, spartan lodgings in a poor area — definitely not somewhere I’d return.

This location is very convenient for the train station with a supermarket very close by as well. The rooms are very small but do allow a good sleep.
