Great hotel, the service, the food , the drinks is fabulous. The entire staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you. Special mention to Mr. Shishir for the delicious food (also for helping out me and my mother with vegetarian food), Ms. Sindy for helping us during our stay and also helping me recover when I got stung by a jelly fish on the beach and also to Mr. Kyler, who made our check out process smooth and quick.

This hotel was absolutely stunning! Beautiful grounds and good size, not too big. The breakfast is wonderful and provides a great start to the morning. The rooms are clean and spacious, I loved the bathroom. The only thing that could be considered a downside is that you have to walk up a small hill to get to the resort from the beach and the main streets, so if you have mobility issues that may present a problem. Other than that everything was great, staff is friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a delicious drink and some really good candies when we arrived, I wish I could have found some of the candies available to purchase they were so good. They had live jazz by the pool one night which was great. We missed the fire show, but I heard it is amazing. I would definitely return again!

Kudos to F&B but poor housekeeping and front office team

The check-in was delayed. Had to wait in the lobby for more than 2 hours which was unexpectedly warm. The room and the amenities were good. Although the hair dryer socket wasn't working and on requesting it to be fixed, we were told that it couldn't be done before the next day. Since I was staying for one night, there was no point fixing it the next day. The dehumidifier wasn't emptied and it started beeping in the middle of the night which disturbed my sleep. The room was cleaned in such a rush that used water bottles left by the previous guest were still left in the room. The only good part was the restaurant and the team over there as both Vishal ( manager and supervisor) and Chef Goldi were constantly checking on us throughout our 2 visits at the restaurant to make sure everything was going well.

The stay was perfect. The staff made our stay totally comfortable and homey. The breakfast was the best we ever had. Location was super. Close to the beach, local restaurants and beach walk.

This resort delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded all our expectations. - Perfect beach access within a quick, easy walk. - We stayed in a pool-access room that was spotlessly clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. Having the pool right outside our door was incredible. - Fantastic quality for the price. Everything about this place punches above its weight. Simply the best we've experienced in all of Thailand. When the staff learned we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us with thoughtful treats and special touches throughout our stay. The attention to detail and warmth made us feel truly special. It's a destination that understands hospitality at its finest. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
