The resort itself is beautifully located on a quiet hill, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to Kata Beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pools were perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe of the resort felt calm, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made this stay special, however, was the outstanding service from the staff, especially May and Suzan. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. May was always warm, kind, and attentive. She greeted us with a sincere smile every time we met her and was always ready to help, whether it was with small requests or local tips. We stayed at the hotel for a few days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist, Den. He checked us in efficiently and took the time to give a clear and detailed explanation about the hotel and the nearby beaches, which was very helpful. What stood out was his genuine friendliness — even in the lift, he made a point of greeting other guests and asking how they were. He was also very kind and engaging with our daughter, which we really appreciated. His professionalism and warm manner made our stay feel even more welcoming.
