I had a great time at the Ibis Baku! From the moment I walked into the lobby I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel is modern looking, comfortable and near a few cafes and such likes. We did have a few issues with our check in and then our room but overall a very nice experience. For the check in the computer system wasn’t working so we had to wait for 10 mins before we could check in. Generally not a major issue but it was at 3am so at the time we were eager to just check in. In the room, the room was good sized, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a very strong and fowl smell coming from shower drain. When we first called someone came to fix it however it didn’t get fixed. We called again and then no one came! When we called third time on the next day then they said we don’t think there’s any smell but we can change your room. The new room didn’t have any smell. Other than that a nice pleasant experience. The food at the hotel was good and the breakfast is decent, even for vegetarians like us with a selection of breads, Azerbaijani jams, a couple of hot dishes, fruit, etc.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Baku with easy access to major attractions and transportation links. Despite its central location, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for staying connected during my visit. The staff at Ibis Baku named Aslan really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction.
