Neha on the Executive lounge was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful. Neha is always with a friendly welcoming smile. She always delivered an excellent customer services. Nothing was too hard for her. Each time we visited the lounge, when Neha was here. She was always ready to help.

Nice and new rooms location perfect 4 min drive from the airport But the true highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary artistry of Chef Bholasankar. I have a very specific and restrictive diet, and often, dining out can be a source of stress and frustration. However, Chef Bholasankar completely alleviated those concerns. He not only listened attentively to my dietary needs but went above and beyond to create delicious and satisfying meals that adhered perfectly to my requirements. It wasn't just about avoiding certain ingredients; it was about crafting flavorful dishes that I could truly enjoy.

This is not a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Additionally, the tables were not cleaned properly, leaving a mess everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for an extended stay, but for a quick overnight between flights, it is acceptable. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are modern and well-designed.

Makan Restaurant, Movenpick grand Al bustan 📍 Our Ramadan has to include Iftar dining with Makan because of everything that they have to offer 🥘⭐️ I had previously dined with makan & this time I came super excited because it has become my favorite buffet spot 😋 With an extensive variety of Salads , Ouzi , Grilled Barbecue , Multiple Ramadan specials and unlimited drinks , Makan sets the standard high for sure🤌🏻 This beautiful & aesthetic place has amazing service 💯 Delicious food 💯 Extraordinary atmosphere 💯 All green flags in one place , so I definitely recommend !!!!!

Good price and location but not really attentive

I get a good rate for a king-size room for a night . Checkinn friendly, and I should get an UPGRADE! Then I got on the first floor and twin bed room with a connecting door. I went to reception and they told we are sorry, we don't have any kingsize availabe so my own booked room was not availabe and the UPGRADE was just toale me hqppy for the DOWNGRADE room which I heards whole night the party in other room ! As I told the case again mornings, simple comment we will inform management. Sorry, but I understand the good rate next time. Try another in the same district.
