Attended a work trip. Great help organising from Teneisha & Robyn. Had drinks at Vu bar after, brilliant spot and amazing service from Liv & her team. Perfect spot on a sunny evening. Bedroom was perfect, everything you would need for a night away. Massive comfortable bed.

Stayed one night for a taylor swift concert. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in very easy. Bathroom was a little tight. Bed was massive and very comfortable. NCP car park behind that was reasonably priced. Overall a great stay. We will return

Conference Facilities

We’ve been utilising the conference room for a couple of weeks (Kilmore Suite) and the facilities and service have been excellent from Abdoul and Tanesha. The room has been set up correctly each morning and they’ve both regularly checked in with us. I would use these facilities again and I would recommend them to others.

Great 1 night stay with my friend. Lovely hotel, very clean throughout. We got a room with a lovely river view, well equipped rooms. Parking offsite, chargeable but as you would expect in a city centre. We had a problem with our booking on arrival but the staff member went above and beyond, so helpful and sorted efficiently. Excellent breakfast in a room with great views of the River Mersey

Excellent view ( which I paid extra for) comfy bed/ nice pillows but unfortunately there was more bad then good. Breakfast was not good, hash browns were cold, you had to ask if you wanted fried egg / mushrooms, we asked for these and when they was brought out the mushrooms were FREEZING cold which was very worrying considering they had just been brought out of the kitchen. Walls in the room areliterally paper thin, I could hear next doors conversation. Rooms are a little bit on the small side, especially the bathroom, you have to walk in and then once you're in,shut the door behind you. Shower was good, however if the shower was on too dlfast, it would start to overflow out of the shower tray.
