Friendly staff, very welcoming and pleasant. Spacious and modern room. Great view! Right on the Mersey, next to the Liver Building & the 3 graces. The Vista restaurant got very busy when coach trip guests were staying, but the staff worked hard to clear tables & minimise waiting times.

Great place for Holiday, severalfreinds went also all were pleased with their mhotels in liverpool

The Murcure Hotel is excellent and just a short walk from the docks, sight I passed daily were , The liverbirds building, beatles shop and history. Lots of great reasturants and a great variety. A brilliant 7 days spent in Liverpool. Only negative id not have decaf tea soon sorted with a visit to tesco@s

Very good stay and customer service. Katie was lovely upon checkout and helped me to store my bags for the day-nothing was too much trouble. Hotel room was very clean and tidy. Hairdryer in room which was lovely. Lovely view of the docks from breakfast

Room was tiny but clean, with a comfy big bed and a bathroom you could just about turn around in. No view on our side, but we hear some rooms get lucky. Popped to the bar for lunch, ordered a chicken burger, and got it nearly an hour later—despite being one of maybe three people there. Service was super friendly though, and we sat out on the terrace, which had a lovely view... apart from the seagull giving us serious side-eye the whole time. Exterior of the hotel could really do with a power wash, but overall, not a bad stay—just don’t come starving!

Amazing staff with great service especially the reservations team with great advice and support definitely will visit again The hotel itself is close to city center easy to travel to the city center. Very convenient for a one day trip in liverpool
