We always come here twice a year, it is such a nice hotel in a great location for getting around Liverpool! The rooms have great views on the 10th floor overlooking the cruise terminal, liver building etc, with everything you need inside. Air conditioning or heater, fridge, iron, hairdryer, tea & coffee facilities. In the morning you get the most scrumptious breakfast! Keep up the good work Mercure, till next time!

Recently visited this hotel for a Xmas party Olivia and teneisha we’re really helpful organising everything for us We had so much fun really enjoyed ourselves Actually met Olivia on the night and she was lovely and helpful Will definitely be returning

Can’t fault this hotel room was clean tidy excellent view of the Liver buildings and river And the bar restaurant was very good one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and my partner had the prawn dish and bruschetta great portion size and excellent service from Andrew &Scott will definitely return here

Kiki and Zoe, thank you so much for excellent service. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, best food and nice attention. I would advice to choose a your hotel for all my friends. The assistant asked even if I have alergy for some products, first time I see such kind of attention

Very good value hotel in the heart of the thriving city of Liverpool. All staff accommodating, professional and friendly. Our breakfast was most acceptable and staff Kirsty, Amy, Pam and Leandro could not have been more helpful. We have used this hotel previously and again we were not disappointed.
