Good locatiom. Very close to U bahn. Despite it is not in the city center, it can be easily reached by public transports very quickly. I has a junior suite room. It was large enough with two bedrooms (one with a bed sofa not so comfortable). Cleanless acceptable. I fond a sock (not beloning to us on the floor close to in bed) and a piece of cheese close to the other bed. Towels not often replaced despite I left them on the floor. After the shower we started using the bathrobe. Breakfast excellent with a large variety of food (salted and sweet). Nearby the hotel nothing to do. You must move to the city center. During my stay I had a problem with the shower. I warned the reception about thi9s before my breakfast. Once returned to my room, the problem was already fixed. Very fast troubleshooting

Very nice hotel, albeit in a noisy part of town (outside). Parking directly in the building and supermarket/all you need close by Good price/quality also. Slight 'stress' with reception desk manager, which will be addressed and likely due to the period of the year. For the rest i do recommend Accor group.

I recently stayed at Mercure Moa Berlin and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for families traveling with children. The hotel's location is very convenient—it's right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city, and it’s situated above a large supermarket, which is great for quick snacks or essentials. Feedback already requested and provided: Why am I being asked to write it all again here? Toilet didn’t work. Room difficult to find. Lifts don‘t serve all floors / rooms. Breakfast table cleared every day while still trying to have breakfast.

Great Hotel

Great hotel about 15 minutes out of the City centre which was easily accessible by Ubah station less than 10 walk from the hotel. The hotel is modern and very large with access from the street via lift, the open plan reception area is very impressive as was the design of the hotel. I was very impressed with my room which was very clean, however I did have a problem with noise (being close to one of the lift shafts which was mechanically noisy) so after one night I asked for a change of room, this was done with no fuss, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a large restaurant and separate bar within the hotel, and at street level a supermarket and coffee shop. The area felt safe and was quiet at night, good choice of places to eat and drink all within 10 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
