Staying here four days this January, my absolute favorite part was the breakfast spread and bar. Staff is lovely, polite and professional. The breakfast was amazing, as I ate here each morning. The room was great, quiet halls, and very clean as the rest of hotel is. The location is good, being so close to many food venues and the train. The atmosphere is chic, boutique feel. The minor issues I had: my complementary glass water bottle had a broken seal as though someone had drank from it? Cleaning services were okay, they did not remove used towels. Rooms do not come with conditioner or bar soap, which is strange, since they come with shampoo and body wash. One of their policies I criticized was if you purchase light breakfast (€8 for self-serve coffee +3 croissants), you cannot pay the difference upgrade to the €25 full open buffet, you have to pay the entire €25. This makes no sense, because the coffee and croissants are part of the buffet already. I suppose they would rather lose €17 profit than accommodate for those who decide to upgrade their meal. All in all, I would stay here again. But those little attention to detail are the difference from 4 and 5 stars ⭐️

Po przybyciu do pokoju okazało się, że temperatura wnętrza jest bardzo niska co świadczyło o jego długim okresem niezamieszkania poprzednio. Jednakże moja prośba o godz. 12 o wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie spotkała się z odmową jakoby w powodu konieczności przygotowania pokoju... Większość hoteli Accor ma ze wcześniejszym udostępnianiem pokoi mniejszy problem...

Our policy requires adequate time for room preparation to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable stay. Please note that the room you are staying in has a large sloping ceiling with many windows. Therefore, it is always a little cooler when the heating is not on and the room has been well ventilated during cleaning. I recently stayed at the Mercure Wittenbergplatz and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located right by Wittenbergplatz, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the breakfast, without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The variety was impressive, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. From the pastries to the hot options and fresh fruit, everything was delicious. It truly set the tone for the day. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We just spent 4 nights here. Great location, literally across the road from wittenburgplatz train station and about a 10 minute walk to the zoo. Lots of shops up the road and restaurants next door or a bit further down. Room was very clean, and they were very accommodating with our 3 year old. They had already set up a travel cot in the room and put us on a lower floor with better access. Lady at reception (sorry can’t remember your name!) was lovely and gave us many recommendations during our stay. Bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be I feel like the duvets were too small for a queen size bed (I think they were two single quilts and felt very thin) but apart from that it was perfect. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location, rooms were gorgeous and had everything you need. Cleaners do a fab job. Marina on the front desk was a credit to the hotel; so very helpful and lovely. Always greeted with the biggest smile and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble.
