Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany hotel, choć czasy świetności już minęły (odrapane meble w pokoju). Obsługa miła i pomocna. Bardzo dobre śniadania. W barze opiszałość kelnerów.

Cieszymy się, że doceniła Pani doskonałą lokalizację naszego hotelu oraz miłą obsługę recepcji przy zameldowaniu. Nasz zespół dokłada starań, by każdy gość czuł się wyjątkowo już od pierwszych chwil pobytu. Smakowite śniadania z bufetem i świeżymi smoothies to dla nas priorytet, miło słyszeć, że spotkały się z Pani uznaniem. Cieszymy się również, że dołączyła Pani do programu lojalnościowego ALL Accor, który oferuje wyjątkowe korzyści. Jednocześnie szczerze przepraszamy za niedogodności związane z obsługą w barze. Love this hotel. It is so close to two stations so feels close to all that Berlin has to offer. The room was spacious and immaculate. I would have liked more towels and pillows than were provided but these were brought to the room quickly and without question.. breakfast is a buffet and caters for everyone. The choice is huge. A hot tip for any UK visitors - the teabags at breakfast aren't as good as the ones in the room so take a bag with you. The swimming pool is wonderful - quite big for a hotel pool, and in a lovely setting. I wish I'd had a sauna but ran out of time. There's also original art everywhere - FABULOUS!!!!!! Can't fault this place. The guys on reception are wonderful.

Good stuff-Great location, staff lovely, restaurant food ok. Rooms warm and comfortable. Not so good Kids in steam room and sauna using it as a playground. Kids in swimwear in gym on treadmill supervised by parents in dressing gown. Website states spa treatments but no this is in another hotel. Had to ask for coffee machine , did not know expresso machine was available until a friend said they had one.

Despite some of the reviews left, we found the Pullman to meet our expectations. Check in was very easy and the room was spacious and well set out for three adults. Breakfast was very busy but the quality of the food was first class. Our only issue was the quality of the WiFi, works well in the lobby but zero in our room. Good or bad, a decent WiFi is essential in today’s world and the quality cost the Pullman all 5 stars.

Good pool and room but frustrating WiFi issues

I was worried about the reviews and it’s true that the hotel is away from the main sites. It was 58 mins on the S Bahn from the airport. We enjoyed the pool and spa and we requested a room up high with views of the zoo. It was peaceful to sleep and after researching local places we had great breakfasts at Die Creme and Bean House. The hotel breakfast area in the hotel was very busy so we enjoyed eating out for breakfast. There was a lovely Christmas market close by, and we navigated the underground and S bags to to get to Charlottenburg Palace and The East Side Gallery. We also tried the ice bar, went to the zoo and booked a tour of the Reichstag building. Would recommend all these things. We were disappointed that the WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived and for 24 hours, not great when you have a teen and want to check in and book tours, so had to use data for both of us. After looking at the reviews I see it’s happened before so I really think as a 5 star hotel it’s bad to not have a back up for this and let your guest incur costs. Therefore taking in account the WiFi situation and location, I would look to stay elsewhere in Berlin next time.
