Ik heb in meerdere hotels in Mekkah overnacht en Ibis Styles Makkah is echt een aanrader! Mijn kamer werd constant grondig schoongemaakt en de lakens werden verwisseld en dat allemaal zonder erom te vragen. De airconditioning werd echt perfect en is bijna geluidloos. De locatie is uitstekend en er is een pendelbus die een strakke schema aanhoud en je bent meestal binnen 7/8/9 minuten bij Masjid al Haram. Als je europese hotels gewend bent dan is deze hotel een echte aanrader. De wifi is sterk. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en de persoon die mijn kamer schoonmaakte en verdieping 10 schoonmaakt Abik is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb hier 12 nachten verbleven, maar omdat ik zo tevreden ben heb ik mijn verblijf verlengd met nog eens 8 nachten. Ze hebben ook een ontbijbuffet in de ochtend die ik niet heb geprobeert. Een kleine stukje verderop lopen en je hebt meerdere supermarkten die 24/7 open zijn en een turkse bakker. Naast de hotel zit een restaurant. Mocht ik weer een keer komen dan zal ik in sha allaah zeker weer hier mijn verblijf boeken. Ik ben erg goed geholpen door de mensen aan de receptie en zij waren erg behulpzaam. De kamer was veel mooier dan ik had verwacht voor de prijs die ik heb beyaald, want het was echt goedkoop. Erg schoon en modern.

Ok for low budget Makkah stay

Ok for a low budget during peak season, but not Ibis standard. Was not recognized as an Accor Member. Rooms are just basi, the site sofa needs cleaning, stained. Water pressure extremely low. Bus works as per tge schedule, although not very convenient duri g Ramadhan but was ok and on time, just 5mins to the Al Gjazaa but station and ~ 10mins walk to Haram prayer area, although if you need to access the clock tower area for restaurants, you will need to walk more.

I especially want to compliment three employees: Shroog, Nawaf and Fehaid. They are truly exquisite and honest people who deserve all the compliments. I absolutely recommend this place.

Allure et architecture d'hôtel est bonne mais plusieurs points négatif dans cet hôtel que je le souligne or malgré que je suis à l'heure de chek in (15h00) mais la réception m'informe que la chambre non prête et après plus que 45 mn il me donne une carte d'accès qui ne marche pas et de retour à la réception pour réparer ou changer la carte alors ca ce le ko puisque je reste en attente plus que 15 mn pour contacter le personne (master) qui règle les problèmes de carte d'une part . d'autre part le programme du navette n'est pas adéquat .

I traveled from London,I recently stayed at Hotel Ibis Styles Makkah and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by the Front House Officer Miss Amal, Mr Nawaf. Their customer service was exceptional, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor throughout my stay. The Front House Officer demonstrated excellent communication skills, addressing my inquiries promptly and efficiently.
