Good hotel Breakfast was nice We had a Kaaba view House keeping attendant Ali Akka was excellent kept our room clean and fresh we got locked out one evening he kindly let us back in and took our shopping etc in Mashala very nice man My only negative with the hotel was the connecting rooms were quite noisy as there was doors that partitioned the rooms But overall a good hotel in a good location

This hotel is not up to the standards of hospitality. Very outdated, the pictures on the website do not reflect the real quality and cleanliness of the room. Our stay started with the arrival experience which has been horrible. Their check in time is 5pm which is unheard of in the hospitality business. Never heard of a 5pm check in time 👎🏼. We finally got our first room and it smelled like rotten and smoky so we had the room changed. The second room was disgusting, not cleaned properly, smells like mildew, tile grout is disgusting and the carpet is so dirty . The furniture is outdated and very deceiving. Definitely not as shown in the site. I will never stay at this brand ever again. This was the first and the last time. How the call themselves 5 star hotel is beyond me, furniture is outdated and broken, shower is filthy and does not work. I have to move out (Lost 2 nights money to this bloody buggers) and I stayed at Hyatt Regency Jabal Omer in Mecca and the stark contrast is night and day, Hyatt was amazing. These people are fooling you, The pictures they are advertising the hotel is nothing like that, it is pure deception. This team needs to come to US so we can show them what a true hospitality is a like and how to maintain the cleanliness of a room.

Medewerkers waren top behulpzaam vooral btisam was goed de rest eigenlijk ook helaas moest 2 keer aan toe om kamer te ruilen omdat het stinkt raar geur hangt in de kamer en de gang daar moeten jullie echt aan werken beden waren goed.
