Dr. Barber had to arrive at 6ish in the am because we were kicked out of our offices. She met a nice Filipino lady at reception. She made her aware that there were no rooms and that she needed to wait. Dr. Barber asked her if she had a meeting room she could use for her daily meeting classes. She was told that it needed to be reserved first. Dr. Barber said ok. She got her things, sat in the lobby, asked for help with the wifi and was off to a chair to sit in. A few minutes later, Isabelle came over to see if she wanted water or coffee. The Filipino lady came back over to see if she wanted tea or coffee. The Filipino woman returned with a place for Dr. Barber to get her work down, but construction needed to be done in the room. So, Dr. Barber was taken to another room. This office belonged to an administrator. Dr. Barber was very happy for the privacy with her classes because we could hear everything that was going on at the hotel while she was in her online classes. Dr. Barber wasn't able to express her gratitude to the young ladies whose office she was in because we could hear everything. We want to thank her for her patience. We really appreciate it. The restaurant staff was awesome as well. Isabelle gave Dr. Barber a complimentary breakfast and the kitchen staff gave her a really good breakfast. It was the efforts of Isabelle that we'd like to highlight. She showed Dr. Barber three rooms until Dr. Barber felt comfortable. Dr. Barber received the room she wanted. This is the kind of service we are used to her having. The only thing that was missing was a fruit platter with chocolates. She always gets this from every accor hotel she's been at. Other than that, we are very grateful for how you took care of her. April is her birthday month, so we always want her to feel extra special. Her birthday is on the 11th of April. May God continue to bless everyone and their family during this pandemic. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

I have chosen this property to make my home for long term. Location Is amazing, beach, City Walk, Dubai Mall, Old Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed all are 5 to 10 mins by car. Staff Mr. Yesu, Mr. Owais and team ensures my room stays clean and sanitized. They offer alot of peace. Mr. Shafi, Mr. Ahmed, Ms. Fatima and team manages all requests well and also look after my guests and requirements well. Mr. Adnan and team offers the best deal and help me manage my finance well. Facilities Taxis are always outside Gym and Pool is amazing Noise quality is super, the floors and rooms are not too noisy Issues Restaurants are closed due to covid else it would have been the best hotel Best place to make it a home. The hotel was so dirty. The room was worse than the common area in terms of dirt. There were 3 chairs in the room. One was wet! I think the previous guest took a shower and sat on the chair. The other two were full of stains. I ordered cups since there were only two disposable cups in the room. It took 45 minutes to receive. The noise was unbearable. Also the reception toom 35 minutes to check in only one guest. I waited 35 minutes for it.

Good for unwinding. Amenities are helpful as you can go to the gym anytime of the day. Though I've not tried the restaurants, it seems good. Ambiance is great for those who want to relax. I was placed in a good view but wasn't able to enjoy much as its too hot these days. Pool was a plus factor as well. Just spray a little air freshener in the room and perhaps carpet should not be that color as it looks excuse, untidy. but overall its a nice place.

Good option generally but will depend on the room given to you. I asked to change it because of some issues. Check-out experience was not good as I had the housekeeping staff knocking at my door asking me out although I had asked and been given late check-out. Breakfast is OK but could be much better in terms of quality, quantity and service.

Stayed for one night only, impressed with room size, clealinnes, and beds are comfortable. All the staff are attentive to the guest request while there was never delaying for any service. The only bad experience i had that i didn’t feel welcome as a Le Club gold member which was extremly frustrating especially that i didn’t receive any of my soft benefits! Defenitly will come back but hopefully next time the hotel management would extend extra care to the members.

I have been travelling all GCC almost every week for 15 years. I stayed almost all Accor Hotels in Dubai many times. I picked this hotel first time and I am sure it is last. My breakfast was excluded because of my meetings. I had a chance to make 1 time breakfast they asked to pay it at least 3 times during my stay even I told them to add my check-out bill. Last day because of my late night flight and also also loyal customer as gold member of Accor Chains, I asked them to late check out, They started to negotiate about hours. I know all standards and also alo hotel policies about late check-out. This was also no polite because they negotiate me about timing.... Last thing before I made a check-out they called me 3 times in last hour when you are going to check-out etc. they are calculation minutes to charge extra and this was the late mistake against me to make this review. I told them this is not professional and polite and as a good member of Accor I never seen this attitude nowhere in chain hotels from 3 to 5 stars.... They said sorry but it was too late. I had to rush to pack my bags and harry to keep stick on time for just couple of minutes....

To be honest, i am disappointed at the hotel, my experience was awful. Lots of noises from outside the room that i couldn't sleep. As a platinum member of le accor, i wasn't treated in any special way. My worst experience ever with a le acoor hotel.

Rather surprisingly nice hotel in an area which is well located for downtown Dubai. Considering the price of the rooms I would say that this hotel represents very good value for money. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful We stayed in one of the suites which was extremely spacious ; comfortable ; and clean. Well done IBIS !!

The hotel staff was very helpful, rooms clean and overall it was a fantastic value for the money. We enjoyed the breakfast selection as it had all types of foods. Just a short drive from Jumeira Beach ( you can also take bus 8). Well recommended!

The hotel is not far from the "main" attractions of Dubai: about 30 minutes by train. But, it's super close to the airport. It is very beautiful, organized and cozy. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Come to Dubai and stay at Ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira!

No welcome drink for guest, there is no bar and no alcohol served they said because owner is Muslim. With due respect to the religion. but for non Muslim clients, you have to go outside to get a drink or relax and party in the night. Pool is open and lifeguard came late and so are the towels. Ceiling lights of pool needs replacement..

The hotel is recently restructured and it has large rooms with modern furniture, even if not luxury style. The bed is confortable; the toilet is large and well equipped,. A good breakfast is available at ground floor in a large and tall open space, serving every day a large variety of food. A coffe machine providing cappucino and espresso would be surely appreciated by the Western guests.

The Ibis Styles in Europe are usually on the low end. So it came with surprise that I got upgraded to a true premium room and the hotel also has a swimming pool plus spa. The only thing that needs improvements is the choise of food a breakfast. Long line at peak time for the fresh omelett (which was good).

New but pretty basic

This is the first time I try IBIS Styles. The result is mixed. The hotel, although new, is rather basic. The decor, contrary to what I expected from the Ibis Style pubs is basic too. The breakfast buffet is fairly low-end, poor quality. In any case, well below what is usually found in the Novotel hotels. The room (here a suite was booked), is spacious but, again, basic. Many things, although new, did not work initially: the fridge did not work, we had to ask for a hairdryer, the shower bracket did not fit, the sink drain was broken. First suite we were assigned had virtually no windows in the bedroom and a small one in the living-room. So we asked to change and, indeed, the second suite affected was much brighter, but we had to settle for the 1st floor when we requested a high floor at the time of booking (i am Accor Hôtel Gold member). The staff is generally pretty basic, with the exception of two people I would like to congratulate: Murodjon at the reception who stands out from the crowd by the kindness of his welcome, his politeness and his willingness to help AND Irene at the restaurant who we have seen throughout the stay as very impressive in her quality and quantity of work at breakfast time. Also, she was also very nice. Finally, the choice of TV channels was also too limited to the Gulf countries.

One night stay. pleasant quiet little hotel. no frills. Clean with necessary comforts including wifi and tea / coffee making facilities. Good reception for check in and out. Parking. Location a bit out of beaten track if you are car less.
