I like the service from the restaurant of the hotel, they are very nice,the swimming pool was a bit small but at least the person incharge ,mr ravi he is very accommodating and helpful, the room is a bit small than I expected, the smell of the washroom is not good.

It was a superb experience with Mercure staff Ravi and Shaidu were present always present which made our family comfortable during swiming. Management has maintained the hygiene and discipline Execellent Reception and staff gesture. Good stay for family. I stayed in Room 220 which was spacious... Housekeeping department is very good and quick, room and washroom kept in good condition and room smells nice. dillip was very helpful. The hotel reception is very clean and well kept. The room was very professional when we checked in and the bed was good too.
