The breakfast was great especially good service of NAN . The room is fine and clean . Staff are cooperative . Recommended . Location near the world trade trade center is convenient and quiet ,close to Metro station easy transport and fast to airport .

A regular hotel I frequent during trade fairs. I always receive excellent service and great accommodation, even during busy exhibition time! I’ll keep coming back . A couple of great staff members who got out of their way to assist are Louella and Dion. See you on my next trip

Wonderful experience in this hotel thanks to the help professionality kindness perfect service Amaan's and Lala’s competence and cheerfulness. I have never found such professional and helpful receptionists in any hotel. thanks to their support and presence our stay was very pleasant

Thanks to the whole team of Novotel - especially Louella from front desk, for the great hospitality and support during my stay. During exhibitions it’s the best location to stay in - just a minute walk to entrance and a nice coffee if you want to spend some time outdoors in great December weather conditions. Will return for sure!
