Staff (5 stars): the staff was very attentive and helpful especially Gamal. Room (4.5 stars): the rooms are pretty small, and you can’t open the windows for some fresh air. Ramadan Sohour Menu (3 stars): Portion was great, lentil soup was also good, but the meat and chicken were pretty dry. Note: If you go, ask the reception for the shuttle bus schedule, and spa menu.

We stayed in this hotel for about 4 days. The check in took a long time and finally went to the room. The room is a bit too small, even for a couple . There is no walking space in the room. The best part of this hotel is its location. It is centrally located and we will find many tourist attractions in close distance. Breakfast is good but served the same for all four days. Staff are a bit arrogant towards a few nationalities. Even the staff of reception also acted in the same way. I wonder all are paying the same amount. We did not have the lunch or dinner in the attached restaurant, because they refused to give menu card. They insisted us to scan the menu. Aminities in the room are OK. Bed is little hard to sleep.
