Boutique luxury hotel in Paris

Spent five nights at this amazing hotel in paris, and it excelled in all areas, I was luckily enough to be on the top floor room 604, which had a balcony view of Paris , perfect for enjoying a coffee breakfast in morning, or late drink in the evening, the room very spacious and nice decorative features , very quiet and large bed, bathroom had a huge walk in shower. The hotel has a very nice bar lobby area, breakfast room with good choice of items in the morning, and very welcoming staff who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the hotel also had a pool spa area which is very ideal after a long day out in the city , and the spa itself had a good choice of messages and treatments, All of the staff from receptionists to food and beverage, housekeeping to spa are very welcoming and friendly they are very helpful and able to assist at anytime, thank you boutet Bastille mgallery and hope to see you again at some point in the future 😊😊😊

Fabulous hotel. Well appointed & very clean. Great facilities, including Spa. The room was a good size with an amazingly comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, but the standout for us was the Reception staff. Especially Michel. He was fabulously helpful & friendly

Room is spacious, bright and airy! Staff has been cheerful, polite, friendly and truly helpful! Hotel cocktails were lovely and restaurant suggestions were spot on. Hotel is on a quiet street and amenities and really good restaurants within a 5min walking distance. Overall a wonderful experience! Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Very average hotel passing itself for a Five star

This is a nice hotel but it was certainly not a Five star hotel. It may have a pool and a Spa, but that is it. I have stayed and three and four star hotels which were equally as nice, or even more luxurious. The breakfast was good and the room was nice and comfortable. We got a Jr. Suite, but again it was not a suite by any stretch of the imagination. There was absolutely NO wow factor. I got the stay in Paris for my partner’s birthday gift and I was far from wowed, quite underwhelmed to be honest. The location of the hotel is okay, a fairly unremarkable road near Bastille but means you have to walk places, with a few mediocre cafes and restaurants around.

A disgrace to French hospitality – I would never stay here again

During my stay at this hotel, I entrusted the staff with my passport. When I needed it returned, the hotel claimed it would be sent using the most secure and expedited shipping method, even charging my credit card accordingly. To my shock, the passport was shipped via regular, untracked mail — an act of serious irresponsibility and dishonesty. Moreover, the staff withheld essential information, offered no assistance, and handled the situation with complete disregard and bad faith. The disruption and damages I suffered were entirely avoidable and directly caused by the hotel’s misconduct. When I attempted to address the matter, I was met with arrogance, denial of responsibility, and a clear lack of professionalism. The hotel proved to be incompetent, untrustworthy, and completely indifferent to guest welfare. I strongly advise against staying at this property. It is a disgrace to French hospitality and a clear example of what travelers should avoid when seeking quality and accountability.
