We stayed in this hotel from 9th to 12th June for our short holiday in Paris and we were really happy with this hotel. Absolutely stone-throwing distance from gare de lyon this can provide easiest access to the city for travellers. The staffs are excellent, special mention to Manon and her colleague ar reception we met on 9th June afternoon. They provided us all sorts of support whatever we asked from them, whether planning our trips around the city or even asking for early morning breakfast pack while leaving for airport. Surely they are your assets. Our sincere thanks to Manon for her cooperation regarding our room and accommodation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities. Very convenient for Gare du Lyon. The room was clean and adequate for an overnight stay. There were windows with restrictors which we could leave open, but this did mean there was noise from the road.

excellent for the price, excellent location, clean , good looking rooms and excellent bed and shower,most welcome at arrival and same at departure, very efficient stay. in front of the gare de lyon very convenient

Located just a 5 minute walk from the Gare de Lyon and about 10 minutes to the Seine - a good base for Paris if coming into Gare de Lyon. Hotel is modern and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and good size. Breakfast area a little cramped, but well managed and everything you expect from an Ibis breakfast.

Clean room, kind staff, fast check-in and check-out, near to Gare de Lyon. There is no safe inside the room. However, they have a very nice breakfast, with tasteful breads and madeleines. Modern installations and complimentary wifi.

Contact with customers requires empathy, a sense for properly adjusting to the people. When customers get out more stressed than relaxed, the job was not done. No sense for people at Hotel Management level.

The room was very small and difficult to navigate with two large suitcases - we had to climb over one to try and get to the bathroom. The single beds were pushed right up close together and we ended up asking to use the fold away bed so we could have a little space between my friend and I. The mattress on the standard bed was quite thin and not secured to the bed base at all, so it slid half off the bed during the night, every night. The "restaurant" downstairs was a small cafe area, and no one seemed to be there at any period of the day for you to order food. All but two of the staff were unaccommodating towards us. My friend has a range of allergies and we asked if they could make a simple fish and grilled vegetables meal for her for room service, but they refused - and on top of that didn't recommend we have the food offered on the room service menu at all, but instead to order Uber Eats to the hotel??? We both thought that was highly unprofessional, and the short brown haired woman who suggested this wasn't dressed professionally either - she was in a yellow hoodie and we weren't even sure if she worked there at the time, as she was sitting around on her personal phone. We were told at check in that breakfast was until 12 noon, and it even said so on the card in the room, but the next morning were told at reception breakfast only went until 10 - inconsistent and haven't updated their in room information apparently? Would only recommend this hotel if you weren't interested in eating in the hotel, or quality of service from the staff. Short distance walk to Gare de Lyon station (which is why we chose it, as we had an early train). Overall was not impressed with this hotel at all, especially had we'd only a few days earlier been at the ibis in London, and they were basic, but much friendlier and more helpful than this one.

The Ibis Diderot is three blocks from the Gare de Lyon which includes Metro stops and SNCF trains to the south of France. For walkers, the hotel is walking distance to the Zoo on the Left Bank, the Bercy neighborhood, the Ile de La Cite and the Marais. The room though smallish was comfortable for two adults and an 11 year old, the petit dejeuner offered many excellent AM choices to start off a day of sight seeing. Staff was helpful and available.

We picked this Ibis Hotel as it was close to the Gare de Lyon station both for dropping off our hire car and catching the train to Barcelona. It was a great location, clean and staff very friendly. Great restaurants nearby. Rooms clean and comfortable

Just an overnight stop. We have stayed here before and were just as satisfied as previously. This hotel is hard to beat. The room was well maintained and well serviced and the breakfast offered a wide choice.

their service is so good and the team was so welcoming. The location of the hotel is amazing and the room is comfortable. Their price is more than 100 Euros/ night, which i consider expensive for such a budget hotel. But on aggregate, i enjoyed my stay and the location of the htel is just next to the main train station of Gare de lyon

Well located, it is very easy to find the most important places of the city of light. Only downside: the space reserved for guests to use for breakfast is too small. However, the quality of the service and its staff are one of the best in the Ibis group of hotels in the region.

The hotel is well located and has clean rooms, as you've come to expect from Ibis. However, it was very difficult to work as the TV took up most of the desk. The a/c wouldn't come on meaning there was just a fan blowing air and the room was very warm. The bed was at a funny angle, making my feet higher than my head. The bathroom was functional but lacking in basic amenities - only multi-purpose liquid soap, cheap toilet paper and not even a shower curtain, although the towels were better quality than in many places. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. All in all, a good crash pad, but not much more.

Very good choice in an interesting neighborhood. Good breakfast. Room was clean, breakfast area well supervised, food good, Hotel staff was polite and efficient. Perfect stay. Room was a bit small. Breakfast area a bit crowded.

I returned back to this hotel almost after 5 years....This hotel has a great location and is close to a lot of places of interest...The eateries across the street were very good. To top it all, the hotel staff is very kind and cooperative. They made me feel very comfortable and at home...Great value for breakfast too
