Stay 232 from 4-6 Dec 25. Location. Very good . Just beside station. Lots of eateries, supermarket , laundromat, pastry shop, many diff metro station. Check in: waa given a room at 2pm.. left my Luggage at 9am… easy and fast. English spoken front desk team.front desk team was awsome. Had drink at lobby on 4dec 25 1pm. The bar counter lady and guy was very nice . Room: clean. Average size . Slipper got from house keeping . No sign on dental kit. But I got my own . Housekeeping team was efficient .but they not fluent in English. But they are awsome . Room AC was weak. I ask for fan and they brought me 1. Mini bar with only 1 bottle for 2 pax. Can be improved . Feedback: call 1 time due to ahower pressure waa weak. No response . The ahower water pressure is weaker than my pee. Showering was not comfortable for me and wife . Propose to have anti slip mat inside the bathtub , capsule easily slip when moving out from shower in bathtub and cross out to floor.

Amazingly quiet room I had (full marks here). Nice spacious room and very clean. Bed too hard for my liking ..It wasn't the usual 'sink in', deliciously soft, Ibis/ Mercure, mattress. The shower was a 'rain shower', but the water pressure was not strong enough, and even with the handle part of the shower, it was a struggle. 3.5 out of 5.

Barely 3 Star hotel pretending to be 4!star one

3 Star hotel pretending to be 4 stars. First impression was ok, but it went downhill from there. AC barely works, we were lucky it was cool outside, otherwise you can probably suffocate in the room, especially after housekeeping turns of AC all the time. Room has Zero USB outlets, the only 110v outlet in the bathroom was not working. Shower was leaking into the room, but that’s not the worst problems. The worst is the pullout bed for my son, that had deeps and valleys that my son could not sleep, and even worse was hotel management. They couldn’t care less and don’t know how to manage the hotel. PS pool cold be above 26C temperature to be comfortable for guests to swim

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations; however, some of your statements appear disproportionate and not entirely accurate The air conditioning was switched off last week as outside temperatures had decreased, in line with standard practice. Fans are available at reception upon request. In terms of equipment, our rooms are currently fitted with standard outlets, and the bathroom sockets are designed for razors only. We have already begun the installation of USB-C and USB outlets across our rooms, though this process requires several weeks to complete. The swimming pool is consistently maintained at 27–28°C, in accordance with governmental recommendations. As for the issues you mention with the shower and sofa bed, our team is ready to address them; however, we would need your room number in order to follow up properly. Great location for Gare de Lyon and sight seeing

Great location for Gare de Lyon, booked standard room which was great size, spotlessly clean, good size bathroom. Arrived from Gare de Lyon about 20;00, quickly checked in and had delicious meal in bar. A great nights sleep and very good breakfast. All the staff friendly and efficient. Then 5 min walk to River Seine and in 20 mins at Notre Dame

Good hotel, good location some minor but important points to consider.

The hotel is well located for visiting Paris with good facilities and an indoor pool which was great for the kids. The staff were helpful and very reactive. We booked a standard room but graded to an executive room. The room was great so far as comfort. The Airco was very weak. The bathroom had 2 main issues the first was that the shower was in the bath. As the bath was quite high getting in and out required a little effort. Getting out of the shower was more precarious as there was no hand rail for stability. The second was that the bath was slippery and you felt quite unstable whilst taking a shower, some for of mat would be helpful. Finally, there was a Nespresso machine which would have been great if the actual coffee capsules supplied were Nespresso and not a 3rd party equivalent which were very bad.
