The property feels like a boutique hotel and is very central to Pigalle and Montmatre. Our bedroom offered a great view of Sacre Coeur and was well equipped, albeit we would have liked an additional chair. Breakfast was great - a lot offered and very tasty.

The staff were fantastic, extremely accommodating. Great small extras like homemade sweets left in the room after cleaning. Lovely small foyer layout. Very much recommend. Nothing was too much trouble.

Elevator issue

Elevator was broken down during our stay, they upgraded our room as a curtosy for this but the room was on the top (6th) floor. Which we had to carry our lugagges through stairs. Altough the ladies at reception desk offered to help, i didn’t accept because stairs were too small and luggage was very heavy, they would struggle a lot. They said elevator was fixed so we’d used it only one (1) time during our 5 days stay. Because it was broken when we returned back at night time. So this was a frustrating experience to walk 6 levels upstair every evenning after a day full of walking at attractions in the city. Best regards,

Ok room, hotel. The staff makes the difference, both reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpfull. Especially the breakfast with home made products and good quality scrambled eggs, great coffee and very nice waiter - great !
