Saat check in sudah diinfo kalau platinum member, recrption memperlakukan playinum member sebagi tamu biasa 1. waktu check in sesuai prosedur jam 3 sore 2. check out lebih lama 2 jam akan dikensksn biaya dengan alasan kamar penuh 3. tidak ada semacam sambutan kue, buah atau selembar kertas ucapan selamat datang yang diantar ke kamar untuk platinum member kami lihat ketersediaan kamar untuk hari berikutnya tipe yang sama masih tersedia, berarti alasan kalau kamar penuh untuk menolak check out lebih lama, kami perlihatkan aplikasi accor kalau besuk masih ada kamar, kemudian manager keluar dan bisa langsung check in serta check out lebih lama juga bisa Apa memang prosedur dari Accor seperti diatas, tamu harus komplain dahulu baru bisa mendapatkan manfaat dari member platinum
