Christmas night in luxury. The suite upgrade was provided as part of our status with Accor. I find it difficult to find food that is different from home. Their breakfast hit all the right spots with me. It was sensational. The staff is always of a high standard and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

We have stayed at the Soffitel Wellington a few times now and it never disappoints. The rooms are luxurious and the staff all excell in their customer service. I’d like to do a shout out to Matthew from the club lounge. His customer service was exemplary and he was a credit to the Soffitel brand name. We absolutely love staying here.

Sofitel Wellington is a smaller hotel, however makes its mark the best way, with premium service in every area. Its people are all well trained and are professional and friendly.

Good location in central Wellington, near to the waterfront and also the botanical gardens. Our junior suite was “interesting” as it was clearly two adjacent rooms opened up as a suite. Therefore we had two full bathrooms , along with two safes, two tea / coffee making areas and two mini fridges. Not quite what we’d imagined but it worked for us. After all we were there to enjoy Wellington not to spend too much time in our room.

A smaller hotel than the usual Sofitel Brand - but very comfortable and quiet. The Club lounge was really worth it delicious foods and great wines Service was great and really lovely breakfast All the room face away from the harbour but lovely views of the mountain
