No restaurant on sunday even i make call before to confirm rooms are out of date windows never shut propely horrible wind cannot sleep no slippers in privilege room on the start we receive room which was not clean

I was your guest during the largest trade fair in Europe, EuroTier. What I don't understand is that your bar was open from 6:00 p.m. Couldn't it be opened earlier during the busy times in the city? Overall, I am not satisfied with the reception service, the gentleman who checked me in gave the impression of someone who doesn't care about the guests at the hotel at all. I wish you good luck, because you have a lot of work ahead of you to maintain 4 stars after year 2027... colsed during fairs...
