Please, be very careful at the time of paying. No pre-invoice printed, no amount on the pdq. They told me an amount. After, breakfasts, cot (previously agreed it was free, never mentioned brfst ) were added. 20€ over charged in total. Once again, ask for a pre-invoice printed and the clear amount on the pdq. Do not trust.

Good for a stop over we spent the night of 23rd and the night of the 28th April there it's clean, staff were very nice rooms ain't the biggest but it's an ibis you know what your getting. Breakfast was very good and the bar was cheerful don't do evening meals but some bar snacks like pizza not much in surrounding area but was fine for what we needed

We stayed overnight at this hotel in the end of June as well as on the way back in August. We were pleasantly surprised to find it is very clean, bathrooms look very clean, beds are comfortable. It has its own parking area with plenty of parking spaces. It is located in a quiet residential area of Wavre, some 20Km from Bruxelles, a few minutes' walk from a Pizza Hut and shops in the Wavre center. Staff is friendly and very helpful. During our second overnight stay I forgot my glasses in the room when I checked out and realized it when we were too far to go back. I called the hotel and staff was very helpful, they located my glasses and shipped them to my home address. We will definitely use this hotel again.

The place is spot on, not much left to ask for really. Great position if it is to visit Belgium capital city and easy to get to from the motorway. Staff is more than you can ask for and nothing is too much. Arrived late and he even got in contact with us to see if we are ok and to check on the time of arriving. The check-in experience was great, felt welcomed and I honestly think that this was the factor that impressed me the most, the hospitality of the staff. Thank you again and keep it going.

Very convienient place for our overnight stop on the way to Austria. Very friendly and help staff. Clean rooms and all facilities comfortably provided. The breakfast served was standard continental and plenty of food available
