We booked at Mercure as a platinum ALL member after seeing on the hotel's webpage that amongst the facilities, a restaurant was listed, meaning we would get complimentary breakfast. We could have booked elsewhere at a better rate had we known that this was misleading. We went down to beakfast in the morning to be told the restaurant was not part of the hotel and that our breakfast was not complimentary. As I mentioned previousll, the hotel listed the restaurant as a facility, had an internal access door to the restaurant and as I found out even lets you charge your meal back to the hotel account???

Absolutely loved my stay. The team were very accommodating and service was top-notch. My room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to all. My new favourite local place to stay in Warragul. Fantastic location surrounded by everything you need.
