To celebrate my mother's 60th birthday, stay comfortable with the kind response.

I came here to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. I contacted you via email to confirm your hotel reservation in advance, but I didn't know you would have prepared such a wonderful event! Thanks to you, my mother was so happy. In addition, I have 2 employees I really want to compliment. Unfortunately, I don't know their name, so I'd appreciate it if you could give them a reward. On March 10, 2025, at 10:00 p.m., one was in her 20s who was responsible for the front desk, wearing glasses and her hair tied up. One was a male, who was in charge of a concierge and did not wear glasses. Both were fluent in English. I was very tired after the hike and had a cold, so I had to order some medicine. Thanks to the two of you, I was able to order the medicine very comfortably, especially the man who delivered the medicine himself to my room and I was moved. I wanted to know the name and say thank you, but I couldn't deliver it because neither of them was on duty during the next day's check-out time. I want to say thank you to them. My mom and I were so satisfied with this hotel, and I thought that we would like to visit again on our next trip to Shanghai.

The Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao is a flagship Sofitel hotel. It's known for its imposing castle-like architecture, heartful and proactive services, authentic French cuisine & spacious guest room. You should never miss out its breakfast and executive lounge if they are included in your booking. More importantly, you may often get an extremely cost-effective room rate when the comparison is made to its competitors in the area. Strongly recommend to stay in the hotel to those who seek a comfortable and affordable live in Shanghai in a genuine and luxury French way.

Raquel. In the club lounge was amazing. Friendly, professional, and really polite Gave great and very helpful advice A wonderful representative of Accor at the top level to support business travellers from around. The world Victor the concierge was also very helpful

Very good service. Very clean and tidy hotel. The staff are nice and friendly. Good place to relax and enjoy the refreshments from the side. Free flow tea, coffee, wine, beer, and foods. Overall i enjoy my time in this hotel and will be stay on this hotel again.

Great hotel for business and holiday. Room is huge and very comfortable. Great selection of breakftast. Yoh can eat different for couple days. Very close for fair ground and train stataion. Great lounge with friendly staff and delicious food
