Excellent service from housekeeping team, exe lounge and wide range of food for buffet breakfast. Very reasonable price for hotel vehicle rental to Pudong airport. Enjoyed my stay and thank you to Sofitel team

It was wonderful time staying at this hotel. Great facility, amazing staffs at club millesime lounge, taste food and well prepared beverage!!! Stunning experience during my journey. I absolutely recommend this hotel in Shanghai..!!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Stay at Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao Dear Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the level of service and room maintenance fell far below the standards I have come to expect from the Sofitel brand. During my stay: • There was no safe provided in the room. • Tea cups were not replaced or cleaned daily. • Bedsheets were not changed, even after several days. • The staff attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional, and overall service quality was very poor. These issues made my stay quite uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. I chose Sofitel because of its reputation for high standards in hospitality and guest care, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your housekeeping and service teams. I would also appreciate an explanation and any gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Our hotel is close to Hongqiao Train Station, Hongqiao Airport and National Convention and Exhibition Center. The unique location can make it convenient to travel and at the same time can be quiet, so that you can relax both physically and mentally during your stay. i regret that we did not provide a satisfied service for this stay.
