We had a pleasant stay at the Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra Hotel. What impressed me the most was the personalized service, which made our stay memorable. The whole team was amiable. And especially Sea, Jack and Joe were outstanding. And the Estrela Sky Lounge was a cool place to spend evenings with delicious local food and drinks over Phuket sunset vistas.

Excellent located hotel in Phuket Town. Rooms were spicy and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Check in and out were efficient. I came earlier that expected and before check in time, but the room was arranged me quickly, and I really appreciated it after a long flight.

Good But Not 5 Stars Friendly staff if you engage them. Shout-outs especially to Krus Tiki, Michael, and Tim. Amor restaurant breakfast is large, but too heavy with carbs that cater to the mostly Chinese guests. Avoid crowds and noise by eating outside in the dessert bar. Rooms are decent and clean, but not luxurious. Note the hotel is not in walking distance of the beach. Old Town is about 15 minutes away. Hotel driver Kru Moy made everything outside the hotel much closer. A taxi each way to Soi Ta-ied for muay thai training is 400 baht each way and takes 20 minutes. Rent a scooter if you are experienced.

PROS: Nuchanat ('SEA') was friendly and extremely helpful during Check-in, assigning an excellent room and assisting me in making arrangements for a departing ferry. She was also helpful in addressing a few minor in-room corrections required. The hotel location was excellent for accessing local area attractions. The lobby and common areas were well-kept, clean, and inviting. Breakfast and the restaurant were excellent! Housekeeping was on-target and excellent (Thanks 'Ji'). CONS: None

Concierge non existent. Front desk knowledge of neighborhood poor. Hotel’s map of Phuket town is microscopic. Difficult for seniors to read. My wife and I were met on arrival at the Phuket Airport by pre- arranged Hotel transport which was fine. However the hotel transport to the airport on departure was bad. It was not their hotel vehicle. The car’s air condition was not working and the driver kept wanting to stop the car by the roadside to fix the air conditioning but to no avail.

I stay at top floor at this hotel. There is a bar above my room. Big music had continued unitl 1:30am, and I could not sleep on that night and had cold at that night. Only front manager sent me a message next day for their apology with some fruit. When I checked out the hotel, no one know what was happened at the night, no communication among staff. Cannot believe it!!

Our 1st stay at this hotel, during the vegetarian festival. Our room was upgraded from superior to ecxutive room. Room and toilet are very clean. The staff at the reception counter are very helpful. The rooftop bar have a very nice panorama view. We will go back to the hotel again.

The Phokeethra is a very nice hotel. The rooms are modern (2016 open??) and have good facilities. Most rooms will have views as the building is higher than most around. Staff are good. Its a good location with shopping, restaurants and transport within walking distance. Back-room operations seem a bit sloppy as, more than once, I got emails from their Ibis (sister hotel out the back) email address, including the first reply to the reservation that was quite unfriendly.

Our second stay - great staff, friendly and efficient at all timesRoom service menu well pricedWhole hotel was spotless Breakfast was good with extensive range of foodsOnly minor problem was that access to both bars was restricted due to a large wedding, we missed having our drinks at the spectacular roof top bar as it was closed to guests Friday and Saturday night. Virginia ( Guest Services ) was absolutely lovely and was so welcoming when we che key in.

카론의 힐튼숙박 후 연이어 푸켓타운 노보텔 숙박으로 당연비교되었음. 결론적으로 호텔 서비스는 힐튼보다 노보텔이훨씬 좋습니다. 노보텔다운 깔끔함과 모던함. 그리고 친절과 배려등은 어느 노보텔이든 표준이 된듯 하네요. 호텔위치도 너무좋아 푸켓올드타운 도보 10분거리에 가는길이 모두 볼거리이고, 쏨짓, 미톤포등 맛집이 동선 4분거리에 있어 올드타운 갈때와 올때 각각 한집씩 들려 간식으로 밋볼 수있었습니다. 침실의 정결함. 어메너티, 기타 침실의 배치 및 청결도 만족합니다. 다만 멋진 루프탑 바가 있음에도 홍보가 제대로 안되는듯(혹시 외주를 주신건가요?), 조식메뉴는 정결히고 맛있었으나 호텔등급에 비해서는 조금 부족한듯 합니다. 지역적 특성으로 이해하나 공항, 빠통등 주요 관광지에 대한 셔틀이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 대중교통이 부족하고 택시는 너무 비싸 호텔측 셔틀이 있다면 별도로 후한 가점 드릴 수 있습니다. 만족합니다.
